I absolutely love this pawn and gun shop !!!!!! Great service and extremely helpful. And incredible customer service!!!!!!! I usually see Caitlin she makes things go so smooth and would recommend this establishment to anyone.

Went in to check out the store and rang and no one was helpful the lady who said she was the assistant manager had the worst attitude and was super rude. I won't be going there for shooting practice nor to buy anything. Would give a half a star at least the store was clean.

I usually enjoy shooting here. Unfortunately, when I showed up today (11/25/24) I spoke to the remodeling contractors who said they are closed until probably February or March. Looks like complete interior do over is in progress.

Andy Steve andria are very polite friendly and professional make you feel comfortable and welcomed. Small selection of jewelry and items not like others that feel like a junk store it's very organized and clean. Willing to work with you on both buying and selling items.

Visiting the US to see my family, and not having shot a gun for 40 or so years, I was extremely nervous. Curtis , who was in charge is just the best teacher ! He explained everything I needed to know, and gave me so much confidence that not only did I enjoy my shooting experience , I got three bullseyes ! Women shoot free on Wednesdays !

Kayne is the man! As a female trying to keep safe and learn the ropes of guns, I've been going to Superior Pawn to work on my shooting and to learn new skills. Each time that I shoot I always have thousands of questions, need help loading my gun, or just want information about guns in general. Kayne is always there to help me. He is super patient and goes above and beyond everytime to make sure that I'm good to go. If anyone is looking for a quality gun range to go to with friendly and helpful people I recommend Superior Pawn but more specifically go talk to Kayne!!

I purchased my weapon, took a concealed carry class, and had a one on one with Robbie and I have had an amazing experience. The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and definitely make you feel comfortable no matter your skill level. Definitely recommend this place/their services!

Having never done much business with a pawn Robbie was the first Person who helped me and he was so nice and informative. Our interaction made it so I would definitely be back. The next time Caitlin helped me and she was awesome too! She patiently Answered my questions without making me feel like I was annoying lol. I definitely recommend superior pawn for your pawn needs or to check out their guns. They seemed to have a strong selection. There was another woman whose name I didnΓÇÖt catch but she was working today 7/18 and helped both times I was in with my laundry list of questions lol.

Everyone at this location is absolutely amazing. I went in for some info and the whole staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. They answered every question I had, gave me advice on a r!fle from personal experience, and made the whole purchasing experience amazing. If I could rate higher than a 5 stars, I would. Highly recommend coming here for literally anything f!rearm related. Will be coming back and will be coming here for the concealed carry class later this month. Thank you again!!!

We attended a "Countering a Mass Shooter" class and so enjoyed it! Robbie was a wonderful instructor and we definitely felt more informed and prepared to protect ourselves. They offer so many different types of classes it worth checking them out. We're going back in a few weeks for a Home Protection Plan class. And did I mention, THE CLASSES ARE FREE!! It's a no-brainer, people!

I have always received outstanding customer service. I would not use any other shop in tidewater. I drive from Newport News to Hampton just to use this shop since the service is so outstanding. Robbie did a wonderful job for me and got me what I was asking for, foe the item I had taken in.

Everyone is very nice and helpful at Superior Pawn. Caitlin Lewis especially brightened my day. She put a smile on my face and I'm still smiling. Excellent experience! I attended a training class that was highly informative and covered the basics of firearm handling. Robbie was outstanding! After the training, we applied what we had learned in practice. I plan on taking my concealed carry class with them as well. Amazing experience thanks again Robbie!!!

Great place with greater staff! Whether you're here for firearms, jewelry, tools, or electronics they answer all your questions. Facilities are always clean and there's plenty of parking. I've been a range member for the last two years and the only thing that keeps this from being a five star for me is that a couple lanes are constantly being closed! I usually don't mind the wait, but I can personally attest to seeing many walking out because only 2-3 lanes work. Superior Pawn management, that's money walking out!

I am new to firearm ownership. I greatly appreciate that Superior Pawn and Gun is a one-stop shop. I was able to secure my Concealed Carry Training and individual firearm Safety Training in one spot. I would strongly suggest to everyone even if you don't want to conceal carry please take advantage of the firearm safety training. Additionally, I would like to thank Robbie, my instructor.

There are several local firing ranges, but Superior is by far the closest. I recently purchased a membership here and was really disappointed to learn that out of 4-5 lanes only two function… I was assigned a lane where the target mechanism wouldn’t retrieve its target. The attendant got it working but it soon broke again, and would neither return or roll further out afterward. I decided to leave, wondering why a business with such great potential won’t invest a bit into repairing its facility. I’m hoping they’ll fix this range up…it has a ton of potential.

I have bought multiple firearms from Superior. The owner and their team are exceptional. They're extremely reasonable and fair. I took my concealed carry class there. The instructor was very knowledgeable, understanding, and down to earth. I would recommend anybody to use them for any of their gun needs. I have been to all the other stores in the area they are the best by far.

I just took the conceal and carry course today and I was amazed. Mr clay the instructor was very knowledgeable explained everything in detail and answered questions. Definitely very informative and i highly recommend if u are looking to get ur conceal and carry certificate to go to superior pawn in Hampton. I left with a lot of information so I can be a responsible gun owner. Thank you mr clay
