IΓÇÖm extremely disappointed. I brought my M1 in and needed some work done because it wasnΓÇÖt ejecting rounds. They said they could do a full cleaning. I said Ok. I get a phone call telling me I have pitting on my barrel. So I get it back and take to an actual certified gunsmith who runs a world class shop out of Sheridan and he broke the gun down and gave me the bad news: the gun was never cleaned as fully as they claimed. I was pretty irked when I got this text ΓÇ£Who ever claimed to have cleaned your M1... never took the bolt apart. You have rust in the ejector spring. Not bad yet. But that will get cleaned up.ΓÇ¥ Followed by a picture of a paper towel with sludge all over it. ThatΓÇÖs what $180 got me. Should never have gone to T&T and did try to civilly talk to them about this and the guy got very defensive and immediately began attacking the gunsmith working on my gun now. IΓÇÖm not going to go back of this is how they behave. Beyond Unprofessional. I feel absolutely taken advantage of because I cannot clean my own weapons due to severe wrist issues.

I called the day before, and they told me i needed to bring the gun to the gunsmith so he could see what trigger it has to replace . I brought my grandpa's 110 savage 338. Lapua all the way out there (40-min drive). All I asked was for them to call and tell me the price of the trigger before they ordered it he told me: I'm not going to spend hours looking for a trigger just so you can tell me no. I just wanted to know how much was going to come off my card 😒 it took me 15 minutes to find an exact part I needed. Probably one of the most incompetent gun smiths I've ever come across that's a lot of business they just lost the rest of the people were very nice

Our daughter was in the light rifle competition in association with the high school rodeo finals....The gentlemen at T&T were so accommodating to our needs they went way up and above a regular shooting range .......We can't thank them enough for all the did and continue to do for the shooting sports community.....Please stop in and visit if your near you won't regret it for sure. Thanks again T&T !!!

Quaint little place, before the covid, a good selection but they are making a come back. Decent deals on guns, and very friendly. I always like to find these little places for older guns. I recommend checking this place out.

Best customer service I have had in a very long time! Walked in to have a new scope mounted on my rifle and I didnΓÇÖt have to ask a single question, the guy behind the counter knew just what I was there for. After a brief 20 minute wait, where I got a free cup of coffee and browsed the store, my rifle was ready to shoot. Jumped on their outdoor range and had a decent group at 100 yds after very little adjustment. Friendly, helpful, and great at what they do! I will be taking all my guns to them from here on.

Customer service can be short in a lot of places anymore but NOT here. They really go above and beyond. Some of the nicest people you could ever work with! Highly recommend driving the short 15 minutes out of Gillette to purchase all your guns and accessories here!
