We have been living down here for over 5 years and I have never heard loud consistent noises from any gun users around the neighborhood(any users are considerate). This is the second Saturday I am waking up to what sounds like a war zone outside. This place is completely inconsiderate to people that live near by that might have newborns that need rest or pregnant moms! Not to mention they take away every bit or peace and quiet that the country has to offer.

Great place to take your cwp, Anne Marie and Stoney are great people who are amazing 2A advocates. Loved going to the range and the chances I had to just stop and have conversation. Would highly recommend take aim to anyone.

IΓÇÖve been to many ranges, both indoor and outdoor, this is by far the most friendly, down to earth shooting spot that I know. Anne Marie is an excellent conceal carry instructor. IΓÇÖve taken the class from her, highly recommend. She also offers women only classes. The 450 yard rifle range is an awesome experience to say the least.

Encouraged by my husband and dad who were also participants of the concealed to carry class, my grandmother and I went some years ago. I was nervous but that quickly went away as we met a very down to earth instructor. He was extremely professional, knowledgeable of state laws, relatable, and answered every question we had. He walked us through every step of the way including the moment when we had to shoot for the very first time. His wife made me feel all the more welcome as to make accommodations for me as a nursing mom. It was nice talking to her about the various awards and accomplishments on their wall. Time flew by in this class and I'm very glad to say that I shot my first gun with Mr. Stony Rushing.

It is outside, and so fun! Pistol pits, one 25 yard pistol pit can accommodate rifles, too! The Boss lady is very nice!

I've been to many places both near and far and this place holds a special place in my heart...It's the best place to experience concealed carry class and learn gun safety...The staff are A1 and they make everything enjoyable and inviting as a family to learn proper gun etiquette and safety...If you need a tuxedo and prom shoes to get off a few shots on the weekend then I'd encourage you to stay away...Real folks make way and we'll see you there...RIP Stoney!!

If your looking for a rifle range that's Crowded and all ways regulars No regards to new comers They just take your money and say the hell with and points you to your location you need to go They don't up keep the property At all Very bad experience and I will be going to pappy's gun range !!!!! In Lancaster sc!

Poor facility owners You have to drive past the pistol range to get to the rifle range Very unsafe The rifle range is very small it is all ways crowded And agian awful employees No instructor there at all This place should be shut down !!!!

Took my CCW with Anne Marine and Stony. Class was well structured and welcoming for all. Joined the range after I completed my class and have been a couple times already. It doesnΓÇÖt get super busy and is very much affordable. Goes out to 450 yards which is the longest in the area that I know of. ItΓÇÖs not state of the art like other ranges but itΓÇÖs a great country feeling, family friendly range. Already met some good people there.

If you are looking for a rifle range look else where. If it rains, you just about need 4 wheel drive to get to their rifle range due to the muddy road. The concrete tables are way to small, they are just barely long enough to keep a long rifle from sliding off and has no room for a notebook to sit next to you if you're working on load development. The ground where the tables are is not level, and they use make shift wooden stools as seats that wobble on the uneven ground. There is a slope going up to the shooting tables, and if you have issues walking it can be difficult to get to the shooting tables or back to the truck. However, there has been some improvement in the past few years, but it still has a long way to go.

I cannot recommend Take Aim enough to anyone looking to take their NC/SC concealed carry class. Ann Marie is awesome. While providing all the necessary information to ensure students understand the concealed carry laws, she weaves in the 'why' behind the law as well as a good amount of humor to keep it interesting.

The same wall that keeps out disappointment , KEEPS OUT HAPPINESS. I say that to say , you can do the indoor ranges ! Or you can enjoy , the family friendly environment of the owners of takeaim ! And not feel rushed , when you arrive. Unless you come at 6:30 like I did a couple times lol and I had to hurry. Other than that , Takeaim gives me the freedom to practice and have fun with family and guest. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to LEARN targeting at your own pace ! Use what you have to get what you want !!!
