Targetmaster

Q: Why is your employee Zach such a an impersonal jerk to customers? I don't care if you're worn out servicing unknowable customers, you JOB is to give those customers the best experience possible. Ibrought a new shooter today and she felt
A: Personal excuse is not a required term for your job. Just because the customer understands your up and down days doesn't mean that a good service should be ignored. If customers share you with understandings, please realize that is a courtesy, not a must-do. We all have up and downs. But you need to treat your job seriously. There is no excuse.
- Q S (4 years ago)
A: Yes everyone is human and we all have issues. However we cannot make excuses for Zach having personal issues and mistreating a customer as a result, like it or not, this is a business and if 1 paying customer has a bad experience you not only lose their business but potentially the business of all the people they told, and so on. If he was having a bad day, just take the day off.
- U. Nathan Davis (4 years ago)
A: About Zach I'm not allowed to bring my personal problems to work. He should either. .... customer service you are supposed to provide a great experience. Who cares now a days right. Our constitution barely meens Anything to half the population. Comm Jon P
- Marilu (4 years ago)
A: I have worked for the store and I can say for sure Zach is indeed an impersonal jerk, but it is impersonal so how can you be offended by it lets be forreal.
- Alex Foremny (2 years ago)
A: Think back in your life, did you ever have a bad moment in time that you were not at your best? Sainthood is hard to come by. Maybe a kind word or two would have refocused the person known as Zach.
- john steczak (4 years ago)
Q: Can I have a membership and shoot alone without buddy?
A: Yes
- Joe Rainey (4 years ago)
Q: I'm in the market for a P99 AS .40 S&W or a p99 AS 9mm and this is the first place recommended. I've shot at TM before but would you recommend them for sales?
A: Yes, I certainly would. I think they are knowledgeable and the pricing is highly competitive. I have dealt with Joey since they opened many years ago.
- Josh Kimmel (5 years ago)
Q: Just left target masters an was turned away from using the range because I didn't have a driver's license but I did have my valid state i.d just wondering if this is normal
A: Wow.. that sounds like someone didnt wanna do some extra paperwork.
- glen schnell (5 years ago)
A: Well, I find them not my favorite people to deal with. Not bad but, not good.
- Maurice Dana (5 years ago)
A: Keith, that is not normal and I don't think it's legal either. If I were you I'd call and have a word with the manager. A state picture ID is a perfectly legal form of ID. Brett Johnson, that is a thoroughly idiotic, ignorant statement to make.! Your low IQ is shining through. There are people who don't drive, and that's completely legal. If you have a seizure for example, they take your driver's license at the emergency room, and you don't get it back until you're six months without a seizure. That persons reason is none of your business, and they were probably driven there by someone else. Have you ever heard of someone driving another person in their car.? I doubt your tiny little mind can comprehend something that complex.
- Jared Wilson (4 years ago)
A: They pick and choose when to be accommodating. This is clearly a case of my first sentence.
- Joe Rainey (4 years ago)
A: Their clearly stated policy is that a driver's license is required. It is posted at the range counter.
- Scott Fields (2 years ago)
Q: Anyone know how helpful they are? Planning on taking my wife, it will the first time shooting for the both of us.
A: If iyou let them know this is your first time shooting, they might have some suggestions for you. Personally, I would call them and ask for the manager, tell them your specific situation, and ask him/her any questions that you have to see if you get your desired result. Best of luck to you, it is a fun sport, but not a cheap sport. You can also rent any type of gun you desire, or two!!. Better yet, for someone in your situation, they hold classes there that teach you everything you need to know from beginner to Advanced subjects. It would probably be best to have some classroom instruction before you actually start shooting a gun. Learning about how to handle a gun, operate the controls, care and cleaning, and gun safety is SO very important, and you learn these things in The Beginner's class. A beginner is more likely to unintentionally discharge a firearm when carrying or cleaning, and could lead to injury or worse. Education is IMMENSELY VITAL, for your safety and that of others.!
- Jared Wilson (4 years ago)
A: It would be ok .. it was my first time there in I had a ball .. the staff was very friendly and helpful.. you would be ok.
- Stanley Williams (6 years ago)
A: Once you get in the range you're pretty much on your own...there is always a person on duty in the range but more so to make sure things dont get out of control
- Dave May Jr (6 years ago)
A: For any first time shooter I highly recommend a class. It's the.best way to start off. The classes are thorough and all inclusive. Classroom plus range instruction and firing. NRA
- Josh Kimmel (5 years ago)
Q: Good afternoon I have a .22 caliber PCP air rifle and was wondering if you allow them on your indoor range ? Thanks in advance .
A: Been wondering the same thing. I am a SPRINGER guy. Just left they do allow Airguns
- zero 1947 (4 years ago)
Q: Is the range open? I'm trying to shoot!
A: Was told range is closed to the public 02 Apr 2022. That's fine, not a problem... But their website shouldn't state that it's open to the public if that's the case. I used to like this place alright, but either it's always been this way and their employees were just decent folks who didn't let it show, or something changed in the last few years because all you get now are those petty small business tyrant vibes... Shame the US only pours capital into crushing family farms/pharmacies/grocers/etc and not firearm ranges/stores.
- Justin Smith (2 years ago)
Q: Just pick up the mini draco(AK-47) can't wait to test it out. Can I bring it(baby) there?
A: You might want to call them because questions asked here in Google Maps aren't answered by employees of the gun range.
- Stephen Gober (6 years ago)
Q: Can I outfit my RM 380 with night sights? Not laser trace type.
A: Yes, they have a gunsmith on site
- Andrew (6 years ago)
A: I'm not sure I don't work there I'm just a customer you would have to call and find out
- Rob Sewell (6 years ago)
Q: Do they sell airsoft
A: No

Bought a .Smith and Wesson .357 for my birthday and had a great experience. It had the beautiful wood grips but I also liked the rubber grips for practical purposes for hunting. They really took care of me. After purchasing they called Smith for me and also mailed me the rubber grips free of charge. Also they hooked me up with some smith and Wesson cool swag. Great people, great experience. Will definitely shop here again. 5 stars

First experience at Target master and I will be happy to attend again. My only challenge was finding range information/rules beyond hours was slightly difficult on the website. The rental program seems very straightforward, range pass rental went smoothly and the team behind the counter are all easy going. The speedloader at every range station is a great amenity.

Awful range. Range masters do not pay attention to the amount of stupid actions by irresponsible people they let in. Worst part is all the sales persons are jerks and "know it alls" but truly are either uneducated or just make up lies in order to up sell more expensive firearms to novice or entry level shooters. It's overall a bad environment and they treat you like crap if you are just coming to shoot, kind of feels like of you aren't there to buy to give them a sale they don't want to deal with you.

I bought my Shadow system MR920 from Joe and his team. Joe took incredible care of me making sure I got exactly what I was looking for! Not only that, he and his team made sure any concerns or issues I was having were ironed out before I left the store. When I left the store I attempted to mount my own optic on my MR920. I made a critical mistake and thought I ruined the slide on my gun. Joe and his team took the time out of their busy day to not only fix my issue but completely mount the optic to spec on my slide. Joe and his team saved me hours and days of head ache between trying to find this firearm for a great price and catering to all the specific needs I had. I wonΓÇÖt be going anywhere else to buy my firearms or equipment. These guys get it done!

Would not recommend Target Master if you are new to guns and looking to try them out. Went in and was told they don't rent guns to people who don't already have their own. If you bring your own gun, you may be fine

Stopped by Targetmaster this morning hoping the team could help me out with a damaged attachment screw for my red dot sight. The guys couldn't be more accommodating, they went thru some inventory and came up with a replacement screw.

5/5 Stars - Excellent Experience Target Master! I recently visited Target Master and had an outstanding experience. From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, professional, and eager to ensure everyone felt comfortable and safe. The range itself is clean, well-maintained, and has a wide selection of firearms to choose from, whether you're a beginner or an experienced shooter. The stunning check in girl was extremely friendly and nice surprise. It's not too often you see that at a shooting range. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I highly recommend Target Master to anyone interested in firearms. Whether you're a first-timer or an experienced marksman, this place offers everything you need for a fun and safe time!

My wife and I recently purchased two Ruger EC9 pistols from Targetmaster, and we couldnΓÇÖt be happier with the experience! The shop has an incredible selection of firearms, catering to just about every need and interest. Their pricing is very reasonable, which made our purchase even more satisfying. The staff was knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful, making the entire process smooth and enjoyable. We also noticed they have a gun range on-site, which is a great feature for anyone looking to try out their new purchase or practice regularly. Overall, Targetmaster is a one-stop shop for firearms and accessories in Delaware County. We highly recommend checking them out if youΓÇÖre in the area. WeΓÇÖll definitely be back!
