This is a very unique facility for firearms enthusiasts and competitive shooters. There is nothing else like it in the U.S. Monthly 3gun, 2gun matches are held here. Sign up for a match or class when you are in the DFW area. All the matches are very well designed and fun.

The facility boasts an excellent atmosphere and numerous shooting bays. The owner and staff are highly professional and collaborative. I wholeheartedly recommend Texas Defensive Shooting Range.

Went to this range since I have saw videos of it on YouTube from gun guys. Showed up on a Tuesday afternoon, had the whole place by ourselves. Great experience for the price. It is muddy if there has been rain so bring extra shoes. Excellent staff.

Came to the TDSA yesterday with my partner spent about 3 hours here canΓÇÖt recommend it highly enough, brilliant staff excellent facilities.

Have done the day pass a couple of weekends in a row and itΓÇÖs been great. Good choice of steel and rifle bays, IΓÇÖve had no problem shooting on it when IΓÇÖve been there but I hear it can be crowded. Price for what you can do is great and they leave you alone as long as you follow the rules. Wish they offered monthly payments on membership but thatΓÇÖs my only complaint

I did their ΓÇ£2 gunΓÇ¥ run today and it was an incredibly unique shooting experience. The scenarios were unlike any ΓÇ£matchΓÇ¥ IΓÇÖve ever attended and some of the best training IΓÇÖve received. The patrons were enjoyable to shoot with and the range is awesome with a very unique set up. I fully plan to attend their monthly matches. It was a fun (and humbling) experience where I got to test out my kit, shoot on the move, and learn to deal with stress/decision making while firing in a safe and controlled environment.

This place is great! First time there today, got a quick tour on a golf cart with each area explained to me and then an escort to my bay. Drove right up to the table. I'll be back for sure!

Great place to train and shoot! Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! High walls keep the rounds contained and super safe! Lots of target choices and nice pro shop!!!

I read the reviews before coming like I always do. I call before I visit and Lynn the owner is very nice. I arrived with my family and he show me around, at first I was only coming for a day pass but ended up getting a membership seen all the potential that this place has. I didnΓÇÖt get to do the steel targets but I think I only saw 1-2 bays it would be nice if they had more in case it gets busy IΓÇÖm sure steel targets are most popular . Either way this was my first time but not the last. Great place , thanks Lynn looking forward on upcoming visits .

Best range experience hands down, we hosted a SUT class and Mr. Len was extremely friendly, helpful and accommodating considering what we were doing was kind of out of the normal scope of flat range training. We were invited back and weΓÇÖll definitely be returning, thereΓÇÖs not a range in DFW or Texas that weΓÇÖd rather attend or give our business to. If your on the fence about TDSA donΓÇÖt be. Just go.

Outdoor freedom, peace, and professionalism. Everytime I come home, this range is a priority for proficiency training and to just smack some steel.
