My Name is Gino. I bought membership this morning and renewed my waiver. I was a returning customer. Came here today with question that were answered with lots of info. Jerry was awesome with that, Thank you! And Will! Love talking to him and having him show and tell me things. Good info to have in mind especially for firearm and range safety! Man also went above and beyond. I had a question. He showed me how to take my revolver apart, he fixed the grip to not be loose on one side, and even wiped my revolver without me asking. Im telling you all! The Bullet Ranch Family is a GREAT Family! Definitely Love It There! 5 Stars Everytime!

Had a great experience with my son at The Bullet Ranch. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We went for the Black Friday special and shot a few machine guns(SAW, MP5 and Tommy Gun) and Hand Guns (9mm and 380) Weapons specialist Will was awesome on the range. We'll be regulars and plan to sign up for a membership.

I took my son to this range so he could practice shooting, something he really enjoys. Right from the start, there was this guy who was not only rude but also on some bizarre power trip. First, he interrogates my son, demanding to know if he even knows how to load and unload a magazine. My son told him yes, and instead of moving on, the guy gets all flustered and storms off like it was some big offense. Then, when I asked for earplugs and glasses, this kind, older gentleman and a younger lady were actually polite and helpful—total opposite of the other guy. My son was asked if he wanted glasses, and he politely said no. I stepped in to tell him he’d need them, but before I could finish, this rude guy shows up out of nowhere, yelling like we’d committed a crime. “You’ll do what we tell you! You don’t have a choice about glasses, and if you break any rules, you’ll be asked to leave!” The nerve! They asked my son if he wanted glasses as if it was optional, and I was literally just trying to clarify. Instead of going off, I kept my cool—I didn’t need to be labeled an “angry Black woman” just for standing up to this nonsense. I simply told him that I didn’t appreciate his tone or his rudeness and decided to leave and take my money elsewhere. Not a single apology or word in response. Maybe it’s the election or whatever, but let me tell you: if you’re a person of color, avoid this place. They made it pretty clear we’re not welcome. Based on the other responses from this place I’m sure my review will be followed up with a sarcastic response… it is what it is. Treat people kind todays experience was very unnecessary In response: First off, let’s get this straight: no rules were broken. We hadn’t even checked out with the bullets, guns, or targets. But you decided to talk down to my son like he was nothing before there was even a chance for anything to be “corrected.” And because I didn’t appreciate how you SPOKE to us, we left—because I’m not spending a dime at a place where we’re treated like trash. Don’t worry, we won’t be coming back. 2nd response Say whatever you want, however you want to say it, and assume whatever you like. The reality is, you don’t know a thing about us or the training we’ve had. When I asked about training the first time, it wasn’t for me—I’ve already been trained. Your aggressive tone? Completely unprofessional and uncalled for. And now you’re claiming I argued with you? That’s absurd. I left instead of arguing because I wasn’t about to engage with someone so rude and ignorant. If you can’t handle honest feedback, then maybe focus on not YELLING at your customers and treating them with disrespect. Not everyone will tolerate being spoken to like that—I held back only because my son was with me. Take a hard look at how you handle yourself and communicate with customers, both verbally and nonverbally. I’m sharing my experience to let others who look like me know what they might face here. But you wouldn’t understand that because the moment we came in you was on us. Again try being kind and tighten up your attitude is horrible and you need to have someone else running your small business. 3rd and final response Here’s a refined version of your message: It’s disappointing to be in this position. My “kid” is 18 years old, so they’re not a child, and there was no interruption during the conversation. Despite the attempts to present this in a polished way, it feels like half of what was claimed to be “offered” wasn’t genuine. I understand the need to make things look good, but I can’t understand why there’s no accountability for how this was handled. The yelling and condescending tone are what upset me most. Additionally, I’m offended by the implication that I don’t understand the gun range isn’t a playground—I’m fully aware of that. Respectfully, I think there are serious issues here. That said, I wish you all the best in your business, and I hope you’ll consider training on how to communicate with customers. Have a wonderful day smh do better

Upon my arrival I was greeted with warm genuine hellos and smile. The entire staff was super friendly and very helpful. They made my first trip to their range a smooth one. Their prices are more than fair, I do recommend getting the membership. The lanes were clean and did I mention they allow rapid and burst fire. I've purchased my membership and made this range my home.

Good local indoor range. Small selection of firearms and ammo for sale and some other various accessories. One or two of the guys that work there can be real jerks, but the others are friendly and helpful. One thing that needs improving is the lighting at the shooting line on the rifle lanes. Some of them are so dark that a flashlight is needed to do adjustments on an optic or see in the chamber or read something.

The staff has consistently been fair, honest, and respectful. I could keep praising them! The ranges and showroom have always been clean, organized, and well-stocked, depending on my visit. I can confidently say that compared to other shops, thereΓÇÖs a better chance TBR will have what I need or can get it quickly. I also completed my CCW and several advanced classroom and range classes, where the instructors were very knowledgeable. To this day, I find myself referencing what I learned in those classes almost every time I handle a firearm. In my view, this deserves an A+ rating, almost an A++. Kevin M

I took my shotgun to the bullet Ranch to have the safety switched around or told them to buy one if they can get it after having the gun 3 days they tell me that it's not reversible and told me they can't get a safety for it I was okay with that I opened up the gun and noticed that it was scratched right away the owner copped an attitude said leave it with me I'll have it fixed I get down the street he calls me back and states we didn't work on the stock we worked on the receiver come get the gun so this place thinks just because they work on a certain section of a gun that the stock could not be scratched so after the owner pretty much called me a liar I got upset we got into an argument and he told me he was going to keep my gun till Monday until I bow down to him and called him sir and then he States that's the kind of language I want to hear from you I just think this is not a good way to do business and I wouldn't suggest anybody ever bring their firearms to them......... responding to gun stores response couple lies told here first of all I brought the gun to them to change over to a left-handed safety that part was not available so he stated that he gave me a part which part would that be lie number two he had that gun for 3 days and from the time that I went to pick the gun up and found the scratch he called me within me being a mile away from his shop so he looked at the camera footage of 3 days in 5 minutes this guy is very untrustworthy and makes up stories I have no reason to make up any lies on this guy he has done work for me before with no issues so why would I do this out of the blue and as for the threat none was made I did get mad and cuss at him but no threat was ever made to harm him at all I would not lose my CCW over a clown like this.
