The Facility

Went here for cofffee, not for the gun range. Can't speak to the gun range, though the entire place was very clean and organized. Cafe-wise it had places to sit and relax, there was no noise from the gun range and the service was great.

Hands down one of the most unique coffee shows you will ever encounter and I mean that in the most positive of ways! ItΓÇÖs a combination of craft coffee, gun range, fitness center, and active lifestyle gear shop! What more could you ask for? The Facility is one of the most friendly, welcoming, warm, and clean place you could ever ask for! Do not be intimidated, give them a visit and experience all aspects of their incredibly unique business!

I have had a great time at their range. Instructor Bill is great. I have had the privilege to learn A LOT from him. Bill and other staff members are very friendly. They offered me a ride back to my hotel because Uber would make me wait over 30 mins.. Bryan is also very friendly and conversational. The range is nice & well managed. The pistols are in good condition. The coffee bar is a nice add-on as well. Prices are very reasonable. - Ilango

This place is awesome. ItΓÇÖs super clean and well maintained and the staff is very friendly. I was able to take my time and cycle through several targets with a few friends, without feeling rushed. The coffee shop is just an added bonus and the cinnamon roll provided some awesome fuel to get me through some target practice! Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a nearby range.

Excellent customer service! I waited 10 minutes for a fresh batch of cinnamon rolls and it was well worth the wait! It was the best cinnamon roll I've ever had. The espresso was great and the whole concept with the range and the gym is brilliant! I will stop in every time I drive past on I-95.

This was a nice a surprise not too far from FLETC. You can work out, grab coffee and hit the range. Additionally, the coffee surprisingly rivals Black Rifle, which is saying something! I think we are just missing some Jujitsu and Muay Thai classes! Luckily , there was no man with white Mustache…. Seems to be one of the grumpy dwarves based these other reviews!

Our flight was delayed so we stopped in to kill some time. Very cool concept. Had a delicious iced coffee and frozen lemonade. Would definitely come back and use the range if we were local.

None of the phones work and the one that does no oneΓÇÖs answering, gun range said open , drove 1.5 hours to be told I couldnΓÇÖt shoot in Sunday, maybe answer the phone so can ask questions, guy working was rude enough we didnΓÇÖt even get coffee we just left, go to 2nd Amendment range in Yulee , always hear good stuff about business and IΓÇÖll give them a second shot

The perfect environment for my son to get his first firearms lessons and for me to brush up on my weapon handling skills. Rob and Brian did a great job ensuring that both of us felt confident handling and firing a Glock 19. All the staff were welcoming. The facility is well-run and the range is well-maintained. We shall definitely be back.

This is a great place to shoot..ignore any bad reviews if a range officer or trainer seems short or unfriendly its because they are focused on everyone's safety as they should be

It was our first visit here but I hope it won't be our last. The sugar free frozen frappes were excellent. There's also a nicely done inside gun range.

Found this place while passing through town. Was actually looking for coffee to my surprise it was a gun range also. Nothing starts the day off right more than a good cup of coffee and firing a few rounds down range. The staff are great and a very nice range. A must to check out if you are in the area.

Myself and my friend went to The Facility and the staff was great. They were very nice and very welcoming! They helped us along the way, pushed us to try new things but most importantly made sure everyone was safe. I will definitely be back and I recommend this place!

All around great experience at The Facility!! From coffee, to FFL transfers, to training, the staff is helpful, courteous, and knowledgeable. I wish I lived closer.

My wife, daughter, and I attended the self defense class taught by Rob Lachance. It was excellent. Instructor was very knowledgeable and taught in a fun manner. I recommend this class to everyone. However, the most important part for me is knowing that my daughter is gaining confidence and learning lifelong skills that I pray to God she will never have to use, but if ever needed she has a firm foundation.

The guy with the white mustache is such a great trainer. Extremely knowledgeable, very nice, professional and mature. He gave us a lot of attention and everyone in the group was happy with our session today. I highly recommend this place.

The male with the male white mustache was incredibly rude and condescending. He lacks the skills that are needed to work in the customer service industry. He showed great disdain for individuals who out of state or FLETC.

The guy with the white mustache is in need of a training class for customer service. Might be an "expert" with firearms but lacks basic etiquette. DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU ARE FROM OUT OF STATE OR FLETC. They get business and money from them so they can even keep this place open yet still treat everyone that's not a local like TRASH.

Instructor Bill Morgan was great. He gave us a good lesson and showed us the proper way to handle the weapons before proceeding to range. He has a great personality!

Man with the white mustache was extremely rude. Felt as if he didnΓÇÖt like out of state customers, and assumed all out of state customers are from FLETC. His attitude ruined our experience and we ended up leaving before even shooting. Do not recommend this place.

One of the worst customer services experienced. Gentlemen with a white mustache was unprofessional who showed a dislike to people from out of state or from FLETC making smart remarks. Myself and others ended up leaving after the mood was ruined. All we wanted to do was practice.

I went years and years ago. Back when lovell and I believe it was...buck? Worked there. Figured I'd see if they were still kicking and sure enough! 5 stars. I hope to again visit, if not for training, then at least to stop by.
