I had the opportunity to go there this past weekend for our class. The new place is coming along. We had the VIP tour by Brandon's dad and he did a great job. It was nice and toasty inside. The workers upstairs were working away. lol. Love the atmosphere and all who work here. Thanks for a great class. 😄

Wonderful experience. These guys were very helpful and attentive despite being slammed with customers and limited space due to a recent fire. IΓÇÖve been shooting here for years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future!

Highly recommend this shop! The staff is knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. They have just about anything you need, and if they don't have it they will get it for you. The have proven to be versatile and adaptable after a devastating fire took out most of their shop. Instead of closing down and leaving their customers hanging, they moved everything they could into the space they had left during their rebuild. Go check these guys out!

Great local shop. They unfortunately had a fire several months ago and have REMAINED OPEN through the rebuild of a larger facility. Staff is always willing to help, they will find or order anything you need. If you havenΓÇÖt stopped in, I would highly recommend checking them out.

Brandon and the crew did a phenomenal job with the concealed carry pre licensing course. Everyone on the staff is extremely knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Would HIGHLY recommend. CanΓÇÖt wait until the new shop is open!

Went in to the firing pin today to see if they can look at my new installed Holusom Eps carry red dot lense. Was looking like it was pointing top right. Met with Jason he looked at in and agreed, put a bore site on it and readjusted it for me. CouldnΓÇÖt ask for better customer service, you are very lucky to have Jason on your team. Mike

Excellent, professional atmosphere. Always knowledgeable and helpful. Their pistol permit class was very well done. A lot of great information. I recommend the firing pin to everyone, especially those just starting to learn about guns and gun safety.

I just finished my NY required 18 hour course taught by Pat, Jeremiah and Brian. They made sure that we learned and understood proper firearm safety, when it's appropriate to use force and when not. For someone who never even saw a pistol in person outside of a holster let alone handled and fired one the course I feel is definitely something that everyone who owns a gun should take. Jeremiah is a friendly guy, Brian is also great, Pat does his best to get the class to engage with him to make sure they understand what's going on and are absorbing the information.

The Firing Pin is one of the very few indoor ranges I've been able to find. They are always accommodating, knowledgeable, and very safety conscious. I don't get to use them as often a I'd like, only because I live in Cortland NY, which is approx 125 mi away, but when I find the time for range time, they are my only go-to. Can't wait until ther new range is ready!!

My experience with The Firing Pin and guys they have working at the shop has been absolutely amazing over the course of multiple visits. I first visited the shop prior to having my permit to go over possible pistols I'd want to purchase and narrow down my long list. The guys took the time without seeming as though it was an inconvenience to truly help with suggestions as well as the pros and cons. It was extremely helpful to have a better understanding and provide me with more comfort entering a territory I am so completely new to. Once I received my permit I was able to come in with my list and rent a handful of pistols to try. Again, they were fantastic to deal with! I obviously purchased my first pistol from The Firing Pin and again, they spent a great deal of time with me to help me become comfortable with my purchase. My last visit to The Firing Pin and utilizing the range I became a member and signed up for 1-on-1 training. Once again, they were fantastic!!! These guys go above and beyond! The Firing Pin employees are truly a fantastic group who all seem to truly care about their jobs and the customers they encounter. I cannot imagine another shop or chain store putting this much effort towards their customers. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

When I went to the firing pin i was greeted like family!! I had a lesson with Darnell !! he was very friendly and knowledgeable. I went in a little nervous and came out confident. I highly recommend the Firing Pin, especially people who are novice with handling and shooting your firearm. Can't wait to join!!!
