Excellent people. My friends and I went with very little experience and we were treated so well with clear direction and a lot of hands on assistance to help with our technique. Great atmosphere. Staff was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Highly recommend And I will definitely be back.

As you can tell from the photos a time was definitely had. This workers in there were some of the best customer services workers I ever came across. They were super friendly and informative. Stephanie ( Ms.Gucci glasses ) took care of me and my party to the fullest extent. We will definitely be returning.

I decided to give this range a try today and ended up having a great experience. Definitely worth the visit if you have any interest in shooting for the first time or need a range to shoot your own guns. Staff - The best part of my visit was the staff. Super friendly and very knowledgeable. They made the signup/waiver process super quick and easy. You can tell that they have years of experience and are very professional. Shout out to Damon (hope I got that right) and another gentleman (whose name I didn't get - sorry) who helped me out on my first visit and answered all my questions. Shop - The main shop has several cabinets that are stocked with a wide variety of handguns AND a back wall with some very popular rifle platforms. Since I own my own handguns I did not need to go through the rental process but anyone coming in that doesn't own their own firearms and/or is shooting for the first time will have plenty of options to choose from. Ammo is plentiful and they even sell defensive ammo if you need to load up for home defense or conceal carry. Price - The pricing is very affordable. Firearm rentals and lane rentals aren't expensive and the ammunition cost is competitive to other ranges I have been to. Well worth the costs for some fun shooting. Range - The shooting range is well lit and spacious. I didn't feel cramped like at some ranges and despite it being cold outside the temperature inside was warm enough. All the range equipment worked perfectly and I had zero issues during my use. Classes - They offer firearm training and safety courses that you can sign up for on their website. Overall 10/10 place. I will definitely be coming back!

Took the family for an early Christmas present. First time at a range and the staff was amazing! From the safety course to the actual firing of the weapon, staff was very supportive! I highly recommend the Philly gun range, we will definitely be returning for another family outing!

Highly recommended,Everything to be expected from a secure,well maintained gun range. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. My instructor, Harry(like the wizard), gave clear understandable instructions(impressive), a pro for sure. I'm definitely going to return. Thanks to "The Gun Range" and the entire staff!!!

Just wanted to share a quick tip for your next range visit: If you're with a group, rent one lane and one gun. You can rotate shooters and buy extra ammo. It's a great way to save some cash! This range is awesome! The staff is super friendly, and the instructors are really helpful. Plus, it's always clean and safe. Don't listen to the haters! Come check it out for yourself. You won't be disappointed. Aside from the cost, this is a great place for adults to experience firearms. Clean restrooms and waiting area.

Took my friends to the range and it was all our first time shooting in years. The staff were relaxed in conversation but took safety very seriously. We had a laugh at a couple guys more concerned with taking ig photos than handling the gun correctly. The staff were quick to deal with them which we appreciated. Overall, very fun experience. I'll definitely be back

Easily accessible for anyone on the North side of Philadelphia whether driving, or on public trans. Able to practice various positions. This is my go to place for firearms practice. Been a member for a few years. Follow the safety rules and be respectful of the facility, the staff and other patrons and you'll have a good experience. If I don't like the sound of the range, I'll hang out in the waiting room for a bit or just come back another day. Sometimes you're just not feeling it and that's okay.

Came here a few times before and the staff was great and the process was easy. Today It was very busy and we were willing to wait. I believe it was 5 groups of people ahead of us waiting as well. The young kid allowed 2 new groups of people to skip ahead of us which pushed us back to now 7 ahead of us. Poor service today. The owner of the place is great and wish he was there.

First time ever firing a firearm and the 1:1 class with Russ made me feeling confident and educated on firearms and safety. The range is very safe and has rules to remain a safe environment. The staff and the community was very nice. First time here and some of the people in the community welcomed me. Will definitely come back to practice more firearm safety. Very beginner friendly and Russ was very patient!! Highly recommend!

Good people. I had a membership here back in 2019 and hadn't been back in a few years. Came back with my wife recently and forgot how awesome the culture is there. They turned us away when we showed up at 7:30 on a weeknight(but reading the reviews here, that seems like a consistent/standard policy, and I understand why they have that policy). We came the following night at 6, no issues. I also had a failure to eject issue with my personal AR, and Brian(I believe his name was) went out of his way to come out on the range with me and try to troubleshoot it. We didnt figure it out, but the fact that he was willing to go above and beyond to try and help me without hesitation goes a long way. This is the way. I love this place.

Second time here, coming from a outdoor range membership procedure a little different here being indoor range, the staff was super cool and patient with me being not familiar with their procedures, it’s been almost a year since my first visit, the range is great, they have everything you need or forget to bring, the shooting area is clean and well ventilated, no visible smoke or gun powder smell with several other people shooting as well as me, my next visit will be much sooner 🎯

We are a couple of French Tourists and the staff At the Gun Range was very professional With Us it was our first time shooting and they were very cool with us, they gave us confidence and it was an incredible experience!! We recommend them 100% 👍.

Had an incredible experience here as an international visitor and tourist to the USA. They were really welcoming. And answered all my questions. Not to discount the experiences of others. I personally didnΓÇÖt experience the racial dynamic that other reviewers have left on here. Actually I felt that the range facilitators were racial diverse and very welcoming. I had an overall brilliant experience. And I would come again and recommend to anyone else.

Had an amazing experience at Philly Gun Range. The staff is really friendly and helpful. If you're also a tourist and want to shoot a pistol, rifle or shotgun I really recommend going here.

The only range on my visit to the US that accepted a solo international visitor. Had to sign up for a 150$ 1on1 lesson, which was quite expensive, but also probably necessary, since my last time shooting was 5 years ago. During the lesson I shot a 9mm carbine and .556 AR-15. After that I also requested a pistol, which i was not charged for. The range itself was fairly small, but perfectly adequate for the weapons available. Overall i certainly enjoyed my visit, would come agai. To adress some other reviews: there is literally a sign at the door saying that they do swear in there. Also, this is a place where weapons are handled, so some strictness is required and a potentially troublesome attitude needs to be adressed.

First time visiting this gun range, was a little bit startled when they named the price but Yurii made it up by giving us 2 guns to shoot from for FREE!! Nice range, Yurii is great!! 👍👍👍

First timer here! It was a great experience. They give you first timer lessons. The instructor were really helpful and knowledgeable. My partner was a bit scared with the lack of security like not checking peopleΓÇÖs bag or checking if someone is coming in with a gun. Our experience was awesome and we will comeback soon.

Absolutley Horrible. I can not even explain how frustrating my experience was at this place. Horrible range. Horrible customer service. Honestly worst range IΓÇÖve been to in my life. I would never recommend you come here. IΓÇÖve been at almost every range in the Philadelphia area. DonΓÇÖt waste your time and money at this dump. You would be better off most likely at GPS. They are night and day compared to this dump. Responding to the ownerΓÇÖs review. I was there. This isnΓÇÖt my real name on google. I am using a fake name to protect my identity
