Super friendly and helpful staff have been in there multiple times and have always had very knowledgeable and experienced employees attend me, I called multiple places in Vegas for a red dot adjustment and this was the only place who kindly and quickly offered to assist me with this service love this place, will be coming back for future purchases and obtaining my CCW license

Had a great time. Thought ammo would feel limiting but being in a group, plus the time it takes to setup new targets and such it was the perfect amount. Fantastic experience all around. Their website booking was a little confusing and I booked the wrong package for one of our group members, but I explained it and the staff let me upgrade the package and I only had to pay the difference. The booking website could be better, it was a bit buggy and not user friendly. But I only had to book because we were a little pressed for time.

I would advise any person of minority to not enter the doors of this store because we were greeted by a sales guy by the name of Jake that seemed kind of hesitant from the start with answering my questions so when we finally got around to looking at a few firearms he asked if I had a driver's license or a Nevada state ID I hand my Nevada state ID over to him and he proceeded to tell me that he cannot sell me a firearm because it's not a real ID so my girl asked him are you sure because that law doesn't kick in until a few months from now and that's only for government buildings but he proceeded to say that oh it's for firearms too which we kind of knew it was a lie so little did Jake know I have friends in high places like the state commissioner I gave his office a call right when I walked out the door from being denied buying a firearm from what I was being told that that gun store is a lie that you do not need any type of real ID to purchase any type of weapon in the state of Nevada so I proceeded to call the store back and ask Jake why did he lie and once I got him caught up in all of his words he proceeded to tell me I'll come back I'll sell you a gun too late you already racial profile and I'm thinking about getting some legal action done about this because this is not the only store that has done this.

Didn't know what to expect but the experience was amazing, after shooting the price justifies itself. MATT was amazing he walked us through everything and guided me so I can train for my deployment. Without Matt it's just a range but seems like the employees know everything there is to know. At least about the weapons they have and general gun info. ENJOY A 50 BMG!

Ich hatte das Xenomorph Hunt (M4A1 Pulse Rifle) Experience gebucht und ein filmreifes Erlebnis erwartet. Das Ergebnis blieb unter den Erwartungen. - Das Setting war ein nüchterner, funktionaler Schießstand. Die im Paketpreis enthaltenen Xenomorph-Zielscheiben gab es nicht. Auf meine Nachfrage hieß es lapidar: "Die seien schwer zu bekommen". - Generell hat der Instrukteur nur die wichtigsten Handlungsanweisungen gegeben und nur die nötigsten Worte verloren und ansonsten nur auf Nachfragen geantwortet. Das wirkte unmotiviert und hat mir das Gefühl gegeben, eher ein Störfaktor denn ein willkommener Kunde zu sein. Ich kann dieses Erlebnis zu dem hohen Preis nicht empfehlen und würde nächstes Mal womöglich ein günstigeres Paket wählen oder gleich woanders hingehen.

Staff is AMAZING! me and my husband came for our 1st time from NY Bronx visiting for our 12th anniversary, 1st time in vegas, and we couldn't ask for a better experience.. I can't name all the guys we encountered (wished I would've taken a picture with them) but definitely a great moment!.. we will so be back! U guys will be our first fun move when we go back to vegas.. U guys were awesome 🫶

This place was our favourite thing when we visited. Matt was an amazing range guide. He was funny, knowledgeable, and extremely safe. He easily made this day our best day in Vegas. This place is 100% a must. They have a wide selection of packages and great prices. You don't feel rushed at all. If you're going to Vegas, definitely make this a priority stop. We had the best time. Shout-out to Matt for making our day.

My wife and I visited The Gun Store today and had a great experience. There was a very wide range of weapons to choose from and our Range Safety Officer/coach, Dylan, was excellent. He was supportive, helpful, and very professional. Chris, who dropped us off back to our hotel was great too. Highly recommended!

This place is the best, period!! Hanging & chatting with the staff before and after shooting is equally as fun. Super down to earth and very friendly. If you're ever in town and are apprehensive or scared, the guys will take care of you and create a fun & safe environment. Absolutely a must-do when in Vegas.

We came in without a reservation and they were very accommodating, and even though we had never shot any guns before, Matt gave us all the basics and made us feel safe. Thanks Matt and The Gun Store for a really fun experience!

If your looking for a genuine good time, a safe time, a relaxed time....I urge you to stop by and ask for Matt!! If your looking for a good time with sone laughs and giggles😉 ask for Ketzu! We stopped in for my brother in laws birthday and had a blast, literally! Matt was beyond amazing in going above and beyond his job to make sure our group had a blast, and safely doing so! He walked through each gun, & made sure we had fun. Ketzu made sure us ladies had guns that were tailored to use for what we wanted to accomplish along with loads of laughs before steeping into the range to relax us. Each one of these men made sure we were relaxed, confident and had fun being at the range for the first time and it was an amazing experience, we will be back for sure! Thanks Matt & Ketzu, but were still waiting on the midget stripper for the birthday boy 🤣😂

Ketzu was extensively helpful on my recent visit & also very kind. I appreciate it. This will definitely be my go to gun store from hereon-out. When I entered the store I didnΓÇÖt even know that you could actually fire off guns on property. When I go into pick my gun I certainly going to ask to do so. Thank you guys!

Ich hatte eine fantastische Erfahrung im „The Gun Store“! Unser Instruktor Dylan war äußerst professionell und freundlich, was uns ein sicheres und angenehmes Erlebnis ermöglichte. Das Highlight war das Schießen mit der Steyr AUG. Dank Dylans exzellenter Anleitung konnte ich das Beste aus dieser präzisen Waffe herausholen. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist ebenfalls klasse! Ich kann diesen Gun Shop jedem empfehlen, der nach einer erstklassigen Schießsport-Erfahrung sucht. Tolle Atmosphäre, erstklassige Ausrüstung und ein großartiges Team – einfach top!

Great selection of firearms, my girlfriend and I had a great time at their range. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience the best it could be. Jake was incredibly helpful and even accommodated us with extra ammo for a small inconvenience we encountered at the range. Would definitely recommend to any new or experienced firearm enthusiast!

Friendly bunch. We did about an hour firing various handguns and rifles. Well organised, relaxed, and they have courtesy transport if staying in the local area/strip.

We completed the Gun Store Experience Package during our recent trip to Las Vegas (visiting from the UK). It was a fantastic intro to firearms. Friendly staff, complimentary transport, and a free souvenir t-shirt. Best prices in Vegas, can't recommend enough!

Took the CCW class with my kid. Sasha and Felicia instructed the class and were super knowledgeable and super cool. The staff there manning the front are also very cool. 10 outta 10.
