Went here today for fingerprints and realized it was the same place my late husband took me to practice shooting a gun for the first time. It brought back many fond memories being there again. ❤️ The gentleman was very nice in directing me where I needed to go for the fingerprints 🥰

I bought a pistol from these guys at the mesquite gun show. The guy running the table was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was arrogant and egotistical. Unwilling to have a conversation with me about price. Told me to go to Academy if I wanted it cheaper and that heΓÇÖs been doing this for years and heΓÇÖs not moving on price. I told him another company at the show has it for ΓÇ£XΓÇ¥ price. He literally stopped and yelled across the room to that company to ask them if I was lying. It was wild. ItΓÇÖs a gun show, itΓÇÖs expected to bargain. Zero kindness, zero professionalism. I donΓÇÖt expect to be your best friend but atleast be friendly, youΓÇÖre in a sales position. IΓÇÖve told everyone I know never to buy from your company at a gun show unless they want to deal with a confrontational, argumentative and aggressive sales person.

I was just in the store with my buddy. We wanted to look at a couple of pistols and rifles, but the clerks ignored us for other people coming in. They also shamed a guy for not having a job and buying a gun while his buddy was buying a gun. Ignoring potential clients and shaming people is not good for business.

Great selection of firearms to rent or purchase. Great group of people there. Conducted a shooting qualification for a group and although lane space is limited, still able to get in and out. Prices are comparable.

Horrible service. Horrible service. Horrible service. Walked in on FatherΓÇÖs Day and they had no clue what to do. We waited over 1 hour in line outside to find out they skipped over several people and help people that just walked in. The one guy whoΓÇÖs name I belive was David was rude and looked as if he never helped a customer a day in his life. Went to another range up the road and got great service without attitude or issue. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS HORRIBLE PLACE WHERE THEY ALL LOOK SHELL SHOCKED AT ANY QUESTION THAT DOES NOT HAVE TO DO WITH ΓÇ£how much is this gun?ΓÇ¥.

I went here recently to rent a firearm and was greatly disappointed with the experience. They tried to charge me $25 plus tax for one box of 9mm ammo….one box. I believe in supporting small businesses but will not condone the level of price gouging that takes place here. Especially when their customer service is subpar. There are better places to shop with more fair pricing. My suggestion……look elsewhere.

Purchased a new gun less than two hours Wanted to just Swap it for one with a longer barrel and There trying to charge me more money for a gun thatΓÇÖs the same price. All they care about is getting your money and sending you out the door. They donΓÇÖt care about customers Service at all will not ever use again and will tell all my friends not to use gun zone

One star for several reasons: 1. No one greeted me upon entry or asked if they could help me and I wandered around for several minutes. They were not busy. 2. I found out why they werenΓÇÖt busy. ItΓÇÖs because the range is closed on a Tuesday for maintenance. This is not an issue as IΓÇÖve run ranges for years and this needs to happen. The issue is lack of communication. No one is going to call on a Tuesday at 6 pm to ask if they are closed for maintenance. This wasnΓÇÖt communicated as a pop up on their website (where I went to sign my waiver) or on any of their social medias. I drove an hour to get here in DFW traffic. 3. When I mentioned that it wasnΓÇÖt communicated anywhere like their website or social media, a rude lady behind the counter said ΓÇ£thereΓÇÖs a sign on the doorΓÇ¥ and rolled her eyes. Had there been correspondence on these channels and I missed it, this would be on me. But to not greet anyone or even apologize to someone who drive an hour to spend money at your establishment? IΓÇÖll never be back.

Had a rifle shipped here. They took very good care of my delivery. I was in and out within 20 minutes, including background check. Great selection of firearms and gear to check out too. Jack was incredibly polite and helpful. Definitely going back.
