I have visited the marksman many times, they always are professional, great facility great staff and always very willing to help. I love to support small businesses and it's important we keep businesses like this around with great customer service with a great facility. I recommended us to all my friends and family.

Came to shoot tonight and we had a great time. The guys came in lanes with some safety tips and reminders. Thanks for keeping us safe while we enjoy shooting.

Today I went to the Marksman for the first time with my step son and 2 Brother in laws and I was very impressed with the staff and the facilities. I was having a problem with my pistol and a staff member who was watching us noticed came over to see if he could help me, after trying a couple of things he took the pistol out of the range to his boss to look at it, then after a few minutes he brought it back to me and it worked fine. IΓÇÖm not sure what he did to it but I never asked for help he just knew that I was having problems and wanted to help me with it, that showed what type of people that work there and their commitment to their customers. I will go back with my Wife and look into a Membership for our family. I highly recommend The Marksman for all your shooting needs.

Always had a decent experience. Last night I had a high flyer trying to sight in a old scope . Wound up striking the mech.deflected without damaging it . Was there 45 mins shot 4 rounds out of the gun before deciding rifle scope was to far off for an indoor range with a minimum distance is 20 yards. To begin the centering of the rifle scope it is to far me . If I would have been at 10 yards to start never would have been able to strike the mechanism. I took the problem I was having with the rifle serious did not keep firing no damage to the machine figured they could look past it a bit still got hit with a 30+ dollar charge .They were not required to but figured in this instance and probably most with in reason they could look past it . Seemed a bit much for me . I do feel like customer service and repeat business comes first when no damage is done and respect is taking when accidental none damage is done. I will say the guy that was helping me did his job. Nice guy . But I do think it should be more case by case . Not the rule . I also understand this is a business and things like this can be very costly if everyone damages there machines without any consequences.When this kind of thing happens it feels very corporate looses it's mom and pop feel which is one of things I liked about this range . This made me feel a bit salty is all .

Absolutely fantastic family run business that is unmatched. The instructors/owners anre super knowledgeable but at the same time so relatable, so caring and so helpful. Marksman is equally as great for the experienced shooter as it is for beginners, and everyone in between. The class offerings range from total beginner to full export, and again everyone in between. There is something for everyone! Safety is their top priority, but in such a friendly and inviting environment. I canΓÇÖt wait to return!

Awesome range. Knowledgeable and friendly staff. Almost always have a lane available when you stop by. Memberships are very affordable. Very welcoming to even brand new shooters.
