The Outpost Armory

This is their new location. Great bunch of folks. Very helpful and professional. I have taken a class that was very well organized and clearly taught with plenty of room of Q&A. Highly recommend Outpost Armory for classes, product, and advice. Bill and his team are fantastic. Highly recommended.

I have been wanting to purchase a handgun for quite a while and since I am unexperienced with this type of thing I was hoping for support. I was waited on by a very nice and competent lady that provided all the assistance I needed. I was going to purchase this firearm until it came to associate number two when I was attempting to proceed with my ffl form. From the get go, he was rude and it just went downhill from there. I had difficulty with the test and had to repeat the process. He made me feel very uncomfortable and was very demeaning and presumptive. He sternly made offensive comments about my wellbeing (and not in an apathetic way at all) and rolled his eyes while banging on the computer keyboard as if I had disrupted his day. I told him to forget my purchase. I hope to never set foot in that store ever again. I told him how I felt and he seemed unamused with a blunt have a nice day. You donΓÇÖt EVER treat a customer that way. Not only miss a sale (and idk if it affected the female sales person or not) but it couldΓÇÖve led to more sales and passing on good reviews instead of this negative one that will now deter others. I donΓÇÖt know the associates name (wish I did), but he was rather tall with a bald head. This happened on Black Friday, Nov. 24, 2023. I hope this helps with employee awareness and proper management of attitude focus of handling customers

Took time to visit Outpost Armory in Hendersonville today and what a disappointment, this sure isn't the Murfreesboro location. I'm a USCCA member and it's not up to a professional standard. And so while checking out a couple of firearms the employee say give me back the rifle because he had other things to do Lol. I just walked out with another customer shaking our heads.

My first time since it became The Outpost Armory. A few minor changes so far but as always a great gun store and range. Staff are always friendly and helpful.
