We took a private lesson at The Range this month, and it was a fantastic experience. Our instructor, David, was outstanding -- knowledgeable, patient, and thorough. He gave us a full breakdown of how pistols work, covered all the key safety protocols, and answered every question we had. On top of that, his shooting tips helped us improve our accuracy right away. The facility itself is top-notch: clean, well-staffed, and well-organized. If you're looking for a private lesson, David is the guy to go to!

Great staff, great sales folks, great training! I started shooting 11 mos ago and have been a member for a year also. IΓÇÖve also been a dojo member for 2 mos now. This place is an all in one stop specially if you are new to firearms. Fun selection is nice too - they have all the good starter guns all the way to higher end pistols and rifles. IΓÇÖm here at least once a week and never had a bad interaction w anyone. None of the fudd or the typical connotation of a shooting range. No mater where you are in your 2a journey, IΓÇÖd for sure check this place out.

I had an amazing experience at the shooting range in Austin, thanks to William. From the moment I walked in, he was incredibly attentive, professional, and genuinely helpful. He went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable and guided me with great care. His anticipation of my needs and willingness to assist made the experience not only smooth but truly enjoyable. You can tell he cares about providing a great service. IΓÇÖll definitely be back, and I highly recommend asking for William if you want a top-tier experience!

A 90-minute private lesson with Garrett Jester instantly improved my marksmanship. He's a phenomenal instructor, extremely patient, clear, concise, and well-rounded teacher. I went to learn how to use a red dot sight but walked out a much better marksman. Highly recommend for anyone trying to elevate their skill.

Drove up from New Braunfels to get a different shooting experience, it was a Saturday afternoon around 1:00 pm. Was told it would be a hour wait, but after almost two hours of waiting. Was told I was continuing to get bumped by New and existing members. I figured there would be some dedicated lanes for non members. After spending $600 on a new SRO and not getting getting to shoot, I basically waisted my Saturday afternoon.

when i visited this location recently, the range staff were absolutely astoundingly rude when i considered coming in for practice recently. the gentlemen at the front entrance greeted me and made me feel so welcomed . making my way to the back and attempting to get in the queue to shoot, the range associate whom i had the most displeasure of meeting was when i was signing in left a terrible impression on me. first he did not greet me as i approached the counter, and then as i patiently waited for him to check whatever he was checking on the computer, he had the most rude and unprofessional demeanor id ever experienced. i WAS an enthused customer who would recommend friends and fellow veterans here, however i would much rather send them to red's indoor range. at least there, i am most certain that they will be received and treated as valued customers instead of another name on the list. please do better for your future customers. i will no longer recommend this business which is quite unfortunate.

They showcase top of the line rifles, shotguns and pistols, it was easy enough to get in to the range. They rent full autos which are fun. The Range Master and I were instant friends. Very positive experience there.

Came here to shoot an AR15 and a Glock, did the course as it was our first time handling firearms as we are Australian. The guy assigned to us was nice and safety focussed which we liked, but he could've been friendlier. The firearms operated well, however since I requested to shoot a fully automatic AR15 on short notice, the AR I was given wasn't cleaned and I ended up blowing black out of my nose for a bit. Overall a great experience!
