Just now getting around to this review, but I recently brought a small church group here a few months ago, and we had an amazing experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable, making sure everyone felt comfortable and safe. The facilities were well-maintained, and there was a great variety of rental options for different skill levels. Highly recommend this range! We are actually going back this coming weekend.

The Range at Lake Norman has troublesome staff. I experienced on two separate occasions aggressive baiting behavior at the facility. The employee was rude and made it a point to be condescending. As a black man I felt targeted and totally disrespected from the treatment received.

Rude, inefficient service and stale product selection. IΓÇÖve been before and had very bad experience. Years went by I drove 20 minutes away to palmetto (I live 2 minutes from this place). Figured IΓÇÖd come back just cause our group is all local to this area and didnΓÇÖt seem reasonable for us all to drive 20 minutes away. But was immediately reminded of why I didnΓÇÖt come back. In fact it was worse this time than before. Another gentleman gentleman in our group also chooses to drive out to PSA instead with his whole family. We were not rude at all, not complacent, just trying our best to get 3-4 boxes of ammo and get out on the range. This place is truly unreasonable. Worth the drive anywhere else.

Located on Bailey Rd, Huntersville opens at 11 am. There is plenty of free parking. Approximately 16 lanes with distance to 25 yards. Fully stocked store with weapon sales and rentals and all needed supplies. Instruction and repairs are avalable. Very well maintained.

Called ahead and let them know what I had, and that I had a couple rifles that I didn't have a case for. They walked me through what to do, I went in, they were very informative and kind. George and Joe were amazing, I am recommending this range to everyone I know, and will not be going anywhere else.

I had such a great experience! Everyone was so kind and patient with me since it was my first time at a range. Matt helped with all questions and informed me of events and educated me!! I will be back

This was my first time ever going to a range or even shooting and before I even got into the range we met Connor (I hope iΓÇÖm not spelling that wrong) and he was so informative, he would explain how somethingΓÇÖs done, show how itΓÇÖs done, then let us try it out! It was an amazing experience altogether and Connor definitely really helped put me at ease for it being my first time.

Have been a member for years. Range has been very difficult due to closing early at night. After arriving with only 45 minutes for lane rental the gentleman reminded me that they're closing in 45 minutes obviously perturbed I showed up a little later than he would like. After 30 minutes into my round he came out and told me I only had one more mag left than I had to leave. I told him there was 15 minutes left and he said I needed to start cleaning up. You don't kick people out of businesses because you want to go home early. this place was too difficult to make it to anyway not to mention being ripped off canceling my membership. This is basic customer service.

I am just getting back into shooting and looking to get into USPSA. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. I have been able to chat with Steven a few times and he is very knowledgeable. I have a blast every time I am able to visit.

A CREDIT CARD IS REQUIRED IN ORDER TO USE SERVICES AT THIS FACILITY! What's childish is living in fear that people won't pay what's due. Maybe you should charge a flat rate, allow prepay, or pre-authorize a hold on credit cards and have cardholders sign an agreement. I was paying cash! I don't see how the credit card policy is relevant to someone who is paying cash. Pay the range fee pay for the hour and be done with it. Not only do you have a nonsense policy but you also require an account be created as well as multiple steps to watch your saftey video. You shouldn't let your insurer dictate how you run your business.

I recently visited this gun range and had an excellent experience. The store not only sells a variety of guns but also offers rentals for shooting at their range. You can also bring your own guns. Every staff member I interacted with was super friendly, kind, and extremely informative. I donΓÇÖt know much about guns, but they patiently helped me understand what I was looking for and offered great recommendations on guns to try and shoot. Their guidance made my experience enjoyable and educational. I highly recommend this gun range store to anyone interested in guns or shooting. Whether youΓÇÖre a beginner or an experienced shooter, this is the place to go!

Came in today for my first time I have so say it was a really nice warm and welcoming experience I was greeted as soon I came in with all nice people.I couldnΓÇÖt get my firearm to fire Conner and Steven took a look at it with no questions and got me back working I really appreciate you guys IΓÇÖll definitely be back
