I had a great experience here. A buddy and I brought five friends who hadn't shot before. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Regardless of whether you're a seasoned shooter or haven't shot before, I would definitely recommend visiting the range here. :)

"The Range" is a great place to shop, train and have questions answered. The staff is knowledgeable and always willing to help in my experience. Their inventory is top notch, and the prices are as good as any around.

Great customer services. Fair prices, amazing inventory, very nice guns to utilitarian firearms. The shooting range is great. Can join with a membership or go individually on any day. Plenty of ammo, accessories and gunsmithing.

Refused to facilitate FFL transfer to an out of state resident for a long gun and shotgun. Law only prohibits this for handguns. Also, poor costumer service skills and communication from both Manager and associates.

I pay $75 a month membership and I canΓÇÖt buy a gift card at 5:30 from the Range by Jimmy Primos when they donΓÇÖt close until six. I am disappointed. I was offered to come in a 9 a.m. to purchase one. However, I am working at that time and is my SRO who the card is for. He nor I will be at work for the next two weeks after tomorrow. We will be on Christmas break. I am so disappointed my money and consumership is not worth keeping.

Went with friends and family yesterday and had a great experience. Shout out to Beth, Chuck, and Rick for the personal customer service, teaching, and support! We considered another spot but the prices here (incl. targets, protective gear, and the amount of lanes for the group) were much better. WeΓÇÖll surely be back!

I thought I was having an issue with my scope. They stopped what they were doing to spend time with me and my weapon. They could not have been more patient and nice. Perfect customer service, and because of that IΓÇÖll buy all of my gear from them.

I took me and my dad shooting a couple of weeks ago and left my ring sitting on the sink! They kept it safe and gave it back after I described it to them, IΓÇÖm so thankful it was safe. Love the great people here!

If you're in the market to buy a firearm, to receive some training, or if you're looking to just converse with people that know their way around weapons. This is the best place you're ever going to find in the state of Mississippi. I have done business here twice within the past 2 weeks, I will never go to another location again to buy weapons, ammunition, holsters, optics, I mean anything having to do with weaponry. I'm doing it all here moving forward. Tanner is full of knowledge, Jimmy is also a very nice gentleman. Thanks to the team over at The Range. (I might apply for a job there).

yeah this place blows. From buying, to using the range. Not a good look when I the customer knows more than your staff, not to mention them being rude. I don't need a highschooler looking over my shoulder while I'm shooting. Promise I know more than you :)

I bought a AK here from the owner and after asking him about it it was clear he was clueless. Then, I asked a younger gentleman. Clueless. These people know nothing about firearms, defense, or how to run a business.

As a African American I wouldnΓÇÖt recommend going to this range it was a very uncomfortable experience particularly from the white males it felt like they simply didnΓÇÖt want us there as I was with family and we all felt the same definitely wonΓÇÖt see my face again and I wouldnΓÇÖt recommend this place to African Americans.

I would give this place zero stars if I could, first of all nobody greeted my family as we walked in, not the first it has happened. Second of all as a African American, I would not recommend coming here, I felt so uncomfortable, soon as we walked in we was getting profiled and stared at. Third of all when we got on the range, the guy standing behind made it felt unenjoyable, changed my whole mood, wife didnΓÇÖt even want to shoot anymore. This range wonΓÇÖt every see my face again.

Walked in and no staff said anything to me. The place was not very busy. I looked at several things. I walked by several associates: not one said ΓÇ£helloΓÇ¥ ΓÇ£can I help youΓÇ¥ ΓÇ£ IΓÇÖm busy and will help you in a second ΓÇ£ NOTHING! I will not go back.

After doing some work to my AR, my buffer retainer pin spring got damaged and I went in The Range in search of one. A staff member asked if I needed any help and I asked where the AR parts were and I told him what I needed, after not finding any on the shelf, he went to the back to ask one of the gunsmiths about it and after bringing me one to verify it was the one I needed, which it was, I asked how much it would be. He said he would have to ask since itΓÇÖs a used one, and he came back and handed it to me and told me Merry Christmas. The Range has DEFINITELY earned my business, especially being as this was my first time there and they were beyond helpful. They were a huge help in making sure I could safely put rounds down range again. I highly recommend them to anyone with a gun hobby or looking to get into it.

First time customer and staff was indifferent. Young man at counter seemed annoyed by our presence. Have been to many ranges throughout southeast and this was most unfriendly. Several employees standing around. No eye contact No help signing in here. Only person who talked was an elderly gentleman putting up stock. They should go back to pen and paper to sign in. IPads ask for duplicate info. It is easier to buy a house than sign here. Thank God for Turcotte range. Old school is sometimes the best experience

I went twice in two days. Both days the staff seemed as if they couldnΓÇÖt care less that I was in there. I felt like I was bothering them by taking up their time. They didnΓÇÖt care if I purchased anything or not. Also, I like to purchase locally, but their prices are also very high on most items. There are better choices in town.
