Q: I no longer have a CAC card and can't seem to get a VA ID card without jumping through 50 hoops, am I still able to use this range despite not being able to get this ID?

A: Not open to the public. Must be Active/Reserve/Retired Military or DA civ, plus weapons must be registered with JBLM PMO.

A: There isn't. Pay as you use the range.

A: Not sure what a punpkin is, so no.

Q: Is there an age limit for who can shoot a rifle? I have a .22 rifle and was wondering if I could bring my 9 and 11 year old to shoot ?
A: For purchase and ownership, rifles and shotguns are 18, handguns are 21. If you are the children's legal guardian, then you should have no problem accompying them. Just ensure you stay very close to them when they are holding and firing the weapon. WGS is a decent firing range off of I5 in lakewood as well if you are looking for a indoor range.

Totally low key and low stress environment. The guys who normally run the range ΓÇ£Army BillΓÇ¥ in the office and ΓÇ£Navy BillΓÇ¥ the RSO are great. DonΓÇÖt be stupid (rapid fire) and they will leave you alone. Be respectful and polite and you will have a great time here. YouΓÇÖll probably meet a few people as well. Everyone likes to see what people are shooting.

For the price you canΓÇÖt beat it , good clean outdoor covered bays, nice staff, rifle side out to 300 yards and itΓÇÖs not pay by the hour 10/10 for me

They never follow the hours they have advertised, IΓÇÖve been to this range three times in the last month to try and shoot a few rifles and they were closed every time. I called the northwest adventure center last week to confirm that the range would be open this weekend. The lady on the phone told me they would be open. Showed up at 1000, surprise. They were closed again.

The RSO on duty was extremely nice. I wish they were all like this at other ranges. The range is one of the only where you can shoot to 300. Great entry price too and you get to see Apaches flying over once in a while. This is the best range I've been to so far.

ItΓÇÖs the JBLM range. Not fuddy, just donΓÇÖt be a tool and be considerate of other shooters. ItΓÇÖs also cheaper than anything else.

Pretty great range. Nice folks working, but not overly protective. Just be safe and theyΓÇÖll leave you to your own shooting. ItΓÇÖs got overhead cover and isnΓÇÖt ever packed from what IΓÇÖve seen

Super friendly staff, range commands was clear and kept the iterations moving. Target stands and paper targets was included. Range tables set for right and left handed shooters and open middle sections for standing bench or pistol firing with gear easily accessible.

great outdoor range, safety rules enforced, they take their job seriously and everyone has a good time nad no one gets hurt! how could you ask for more? i've been at ranges in 4 states, texas, oregon, washington and new mexico. this one is the best. 5 stars
