One area for improvement is their firearm inventoryΓÇöbringing in some higher-quality handguns would really elevate their appeal to serious shooters. Additionally, while their membership pricing structure works for frequent visitors, a reassessment could make it more accessible and competitive in the local market. What would truly take The Vault to the next level is the addition of USPSA matches. They already host competitive events, and incorporating USPSA would attract a wider range of shooters and add another exciting element to their offerings. Overall, The Vault is a fantastic range with top-notch facilities. With some adjustments to inventory, membership pricing, and match offerings, they have the potential to become a go-to destination for shooters in the area. IΓÇÖve had great experiences here and look forward to seeing how they continue to grow!

So I took the all woman gun safety class with Claudia and had such an amazing time! For someone who has never shot a gun, this class explained everything to make me feel comfortable shooting one. ItΓÇÖs worth every dollar and points you in the right direction when wanting to learn! Claudia was a lot of fun, caring, and informative. Now I feel super comfortable with a gun and have enough information to be safe with one as well! I will most definitely come again!

Claudia was welcoming and warm throughout the entire Ladies Only Training... I felt comfortable and engaged throughout the entire lecture and highly recommend attending the training especially if you are new to handling a firearm!!!

Came to the store today. Looking to buy a gun The lady at the counter wasn't really that helpful more like I was interrupting her day. Every time I asked to take a look at a gun, I had to keep giving her my Driver's license, even though yeah, she's seen it one time before. Then when I asked her to take a look at the handgun, she held on to it like she going to put it back in the counter. And I'm thinking to myself, I wouldn't be asking for if I didn't want to see it myself. First time last time.

I purchase a gun online and had it delivered to the vault called in let them know i used them for a FFL transfer spoke with Kim and send my documents over as soon as the gun arrived I got a call from Claudia and I went in and got it the customer service is amazing and the prices on ammo was good Claudia gave her wisdom and knowledge on every question was answered I appreciate yΓÇÖall so much canΓÇÖt wait to visit again

Completed my gun safety training today at the Vault with Instructor Sherif. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very supportive. He calmed my fears and answered my questions about how to handle a gun. I took a gun safety class over 7 or more years ago but this class was much more personal. The co-ed group was small and I received one on one assistance like it was a private class. It was well done and lively. It was recommended by a friend and I now know why my friend was so excited about the safety class at the Vault. Two thumbs up for instructor Sherif!!!

Recently our Hiking group had a few members get together and go to the range and shoot. We enjoyed our experience shooting and really enjoyed working with Bryant and his wife. They were very knowledgable and had the cutest Belgian Malinios We will definitely be back!

I cannot say enough good things about The Vault. From my very first visit, to when I purchased my gun. Kim, Don and Claudia were all very kind, professional, knowledgeable and helpful in all aspects. I took the 4 hour class with Claudia and I was excited, but also a bit nervous. At the beginning of the shoot, I was a bit apprehensive to fire the first shot, but that quickly turned into adrenaline. Claudia was so helpful and encouraging. Afterwards I made my purchase and on the drive home I could do nothing but smile. It was a very exciting and empowering experience for me. And I also made a new friend. The Vault is my go to place for practicing and for everything related from here on out. A big THANK YOU to everyone at THE VAULT!! I am a very satisfied customer!!

My range of choice from now on. Dogs behind the counter and some of the friendliest staff I have ever encountered at a gun store. Kim(? I am so sorry if I am not remembering your name right it was either Kim or Anne. I work in IT and this week has been an absolute mess). Was incredibly kind and a genuine delight to talk with. Everyone here rocks and I feel spoiled to have this place so close to my home. Can't wait to come back with friends or family. I seriously cannot recommend this place enough. Amazing people. I'm bringing them cookies next time I visit.

They could use some tables to sit your stuff on while you squeeze into your shooting lane. Store looks great and well stocked!Employees were very helpful. Lots of options to choose. Like the digital controls. Will definitely be returning. Has a small lounge as well with a few vending machines. No restroom which I kinda don't get.

Cannot say I'm a happy camper. My first experience was signing up for one of their classes. I showed up for class in November only to find that they were closed and they didn't even know they had offered the class. They asked me to come back in December to take the class, no problem. I show up in December and they claim to have issues running my card for the ammo fee. After swiping my card numerous times, I was assured that I was only charged once. I later looked at my statement and noticed that I was charged three times! I called and sent an email to my instructor and never heard back! I finally reached someone and was asked to come all the way back to the store with my bank statement to prove they overcharged me! I don't even want to mention how many times I've called to see if they had any guns in stock for purchase and how many times they told me they'd check and give me a call back....still waiting on that. Extremely unprofessional and not a good experience at all! **EDIT** It's been 7 months and I have yet to get my refund. In reading the owner's comment, my review still has not changed. When I initially went in for the class they cancelled, I informed them that I had never had any gun training and that I was there for the basics. The fact that I came back a month later and they still weren't prepared is beyond me. Stating that they switched gears on the spot and gave me training at my "beginner level" is silly...that was training that I paid for! The description literally says "The Gun Safety Familiarization will teach you the basic safety principles to help you begin....." So if that was the wrong class for a beginner, change the description. Stating that you thought I was a "sweet person" is patronizing. Me giving an honest review of my experience doesn't make me any less nice than I was when we met. I'm a customer who's upset that I was overcharged and now have to go out of my way to bring a bank statement to you to prove it. I was inconvenienced more than once and didn't get upset until you charged me multiple times then told me to prove it, when you know for a fact you swiped my card multiple times.

Went in as a group of 4 first timers, asked if we could shoot. They told us we need to complete basic course first if you do not have experience. Course was fair priced and super fun. The instructor was super friendly, answerd every question or concern you might have and gave helpful tips. Would recommend to everyone wo whants to try it sometime
