This was my second time I enjoyed last time so much but as I’m being helped by Tom I was literally in the process of picking the firearms I wanted and he was RUDELY pulled away to the back room and then came back and asked when was the last time i smoked i said 3-4 am but he claimed all of the sudden he smelled weed😒🙄 when that not true it had to do with our race and someone in the back because Tom was about to let us shoot he didn’t smell anything until the racist, army man visiting said something and he was pulled to the back ⛔️I WOULD SAY IF YOUR BLACK PROCEED WITH CAUTION ⛔️

The staff at Threat Dynamics are awesome and easy to talk to, even as a newbie. I just started my journey here a couple of months ago and I appreciate their commitment to safety and willingness to train someone who is completely new to using a firearm. They have been welcoming and kind to me. I am having a great time and I look forward to my lessons here. If you're new and worried about learning the ropes without being judged, this is a great place to be.

If I could give zero Stars believe me I would ordered a firearm online had it shipped to threat Dynamics went in a couple weeks ago to fill out all the paperwork for the background check and pick up process was told it should be ready to go in 3 to 10 days and they'll give us a call as soon as it was ready for pickup never got a call but found out today it's been sitting there for over a week and was told for the first time today that there's also transfer fee of over $100 that was never mentioned and it has to be paid before it can be picked up so do your due diligence before you deal with threat Dynamics is all I'm saying smh....

Very good experience. Chill but safe. Can bring own gun and ammo or rent a gun and buy ammo. Nice range, they have lessons, a nice lobby, clean bathrooms. Dont need to be a member but they have memberships if you want to go regularly. They treated me a newbie with alot of respect, but Im sure if you asked for help they would be very helpful.

Great people and a great community, I live 30 minutes away, sometimes almost an hour with traffic and I still go there even though thereΓÇÖs a range thatΓÇÖs only 15 mins from my house.

It's been a while since I've been to a range. My step mom and I booked a private lesson to brush up on our basic shooting skills. Mack, our instructor, was very thorough bringing us up to speed about important steps to be mindful and safe at the live range and helped us improve our shooting skills. I'm returning next week to do another private lesson in "Threat Alley". I look forward to taking more advanced classes as well as practicing in the simulator.

I attended a class to get my CHL in Arizona and Utah several months ago. I needed some follow-up documentation after I moved to another state. I've left two voicemails and sent two emails and not one person has responded. Pretty awful customer service after spending hundreds of dollars. Even if they couldn't help me, they could of at least communicated it.

I recently had the pleasure of training with Ron as my gun instructor, and I cannot recommend him highly enough. As someone who was new to shooting and extremely nervous, especially when I first encountered the loud noises at the range, Ron was exactly the instructor I needed. The AR-15s going off nearby were overwhelming, even with ear protection, but RonΓÇÖs calm demeanor and reassuring presence helped me relax and focus. RonΓÇÖs experience and patience were evident from the start. He took the time to explain everything thoroughly and never rushed me, making sure I was comfortable at every step. His emphasis on safety was top-notch, which gave me the confidence I needed to handle a firearm for the first time. By the end of our session, I felt much more at ease and capable, thanks to his guidance. If youΓÇÖre considering private lessons, Ron is an outstanding choice. His ability to put a novice at ease while instilling essential skills and knowledge makes him an excellent instructor for anyone looking to learn how to shoot safely and effectively.

Clean, crisp, well-organized range was my first impression walking in last week. The employees could all read each other and predict who needed assistance and one stepped forward to help me even though they just got busy with a large group ahead of me. This facility looks like an FBI firearms training facility with professional training, instruction classrooms and staff.

My husband bought us the new shooter intro package so we could feel safe and confident around handguns. After some convincing, I agreed, and we had our private instructions with Devon. He was an outstanding guide and teacher, especially it being my first time ever holding a gun. I was extremely nervous (I am definitely not someone who has ever been interested in guns and have always seen them as bad and scary) and Devon was able to guide me gently and encourage safety and confidence above all. People like Devon make the world a safer place. My husband and I highly recommend Threat Dynamics as a small business who equips everyday ΓÇ£peopleΓÇ¥ who want to feel confident using firearms in case of self defense or emergency.

The store is great, the people are great, and the range is great. However, the new code-scan web-page-app sign-in process is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. The tiny checkboxes that appear on my phone just WILL NOT stay checked when I check them, and I do NOT want to key in my credit card number on my phone - too susceptible to hacking.

If there were ten stars, I would have rated them a 10! Recently my wife and I were in their facility and ran into an issue that prevented renting the type of handgun we wanted to use, but the staff came to our rescue and solved the issue for us immediately. We have been in their facility a dozen or more times over the last year and have always received courteous, professional help every time. Thank you, TD!
