Will Dougan is a great instructor. HeΓÇÖs thorough and there is no bs. He will give you the training that every firearm carrier needs. ItΓÇÖs great to brush up as well.IΓÇÖm very satisfied with the gun training that he provided to our company. Top Gun Memphis is what anyone needs who carries a firearm. Clean and safe lanes. Extremely thorough and efficient. Great for all legal shooting ages. The training options are bar none in our community.

Awesome class!!! Or instructor John was great! I learned alot and he made it enjoyable and educational!! *so I am having to change my review because the follow up and accountability is trash.* John is still awesome and so is Brian who helped me today. So this is no reflection on them. After my awesome class I signed up for another one, paid for it and was told someone would reach out to me to schedule it. Here we are going into March and I have heard nothing. I go to the store today to inquire about the class and to ask for a refund bc it's been 2 months and at this point I don't trust it. We were directed to reach out to someone named Kelly ( we had to do it) she did research and saw she sent an email to my husband on Jan 11th. Why was it sent to my husband's email when I gave my information when I signed up. (again their error) He's not looking at emails from Top Gun because he had no reason to. She then directed us to call someone else named Will . (Again why are we doing that when the error/ mistake was on their part?) So at this point I really want a refund bc nobody is holding themselves accountable and the vibe is "sucks for you, figures it out, no refund" I should not have to chase ppl down bc yall made an honest mistake.

Home defense shotgun class. Something I was totally unfamiliar with . this class has opened up the door to the world of a shotgun. Unexpected and a lot of fun.

Attended the BTP 1 course with instructors Ray, Joe, and Lee. Course was well structured and accommodated all levels of our group. Answered all questions relating to course and even some not related. All instructors where knowledgeable and passionate about the course. I didn't know they are volunteering to teach. Will attend courses with them in the future.

I went to trade a firearm in and was quoted by the general manager. He told me the verbal quote was good for a week. I came back in within a week and he wouldn't take the firearm period because "the boss told him not to". If as a business you don't want to buy someone's goods that's fine, but when you quote it and give a verbal agreement and then back out it shows your word isn't worth much.
