My group of six went here to try out the Glock Gun Battle package they offer. Being Las Vegas, I definitely thought we would be rushed and run through the even quickly but Caesar, the employee who worked there, was very accommodating and did not rush us in the least. He made sure we were all set and helped us with any issues along the way. As for the event, imagine laser tag, but Glock 17 pistols that fire blanks. And shock packs that can be programmed to startle or dialed up to just under electric fence levels of shock. Then put you and your friends into a maze of makeshift corridors and rooms to shoot each other. The cost was a little steep at $80 per person but we enjoyed it immensely. We had contemplated doing a machine gun tour but opted for this instead. If you are into firearms, you can definitely have some fun doing room clearing and CQB with your friends. If you go in and just mag dump it goes by quick but if you structure it you can spend quite a bit of time. I recommend you get an extra mag for each of your party. We will definitely try it again when we are in town, recommend you give it a shot if you're in the area!

Booked this as an event for my bachelor party and the group had an AMAZING time! My fiancé and I were able to bring our group of 12 and throw down against our friends. Great choice for teaching new shooters how to use real guns without the chaos of an actual range. 10/10 would recommend and will be back!

Top Shot is awesome, great people and the range cost is unmatched. They also offer CCW classes or renewals, which I found very helpful.

The gun battle equipment is in poor shape. The vests randomly shock you, they only had 3 working and 2 were malfunctioning out of the 3, not ideal for a group of 4. Pistols have issues and need work. Mags keep on dropping out. The staff were very apologetic but for the cost, the equipment should be working properly.

Elijah took very good care of us, made the experience more enjoyable definitely going just because of him! Must do in vegas not any ordinary gun range!! They have a huge selection in guns and great prices!

Great place to release stress by shooting some targets. Staff was very kind and made pictures and videos. There are a lot of guns options and experience packages. The store itself is fantastic. I totally recommend these guys.

My brother and I tried the gel gun battle and LOVED it!! Keith and Sarah were both awesome and made the experience so much better! They were both so funny and nice! Would definitely recommend trying the glow in the dark gel gun battle, it is just so cool! Top shot is so amazing and they have amazing customer service!

There was 6 of us in our party, they didn't have enough hand guns for us. So we had use an AR. The place is so small it's alot harder to use the rifle. NOT A BENEFIT! One of the guns kept malfunctioning the clip would not stay in. We were not offered any compensation. When you go to pay they include gratuity but don't inform you of this, then have each of you pay individually and ask for gratuity again. They get you if your not careful. An extra clip was charged our fault for not checking all charges before paying. Your excited and having fun. So beware of charges.

Top Shot: Las Vegas was an excellent experience. From the prompt pickup and check in through all of the activities, each member did an excellent job making sure you have a great experience. I completed 4 different shooting events: 3 with the laser simulators using a pistol and an AR-15 and 1 run through the combat maze. The combat maze totally rocked! I squared off with one of the staff members with an AR-15 with reflex optic. Each time you get his by an opponent, you feel a shock from your vest registering the hit. The vests are adjusted so you can feel a shock without being in excessive pain. I highly recommend Top Shot: Las Vegas!!!

Awesome customer service. Very pre-cautious. Very loud, only bring your plugs for extra protection, they're useless alone. Get the best noise canceling headphones, full cover, you can find. I bring my own ammo but they have plenty.

Awesome time. When I first walked in I was a little worried, but the staff was amazing and the experience was like nothing else. The guns are real, and the rounds cycle. It forces you to move dynamically and yes, even deal with the occasional malfunction. The strong shock you get really gets the point across you where shot. Great training aid and an amazing time. I really can't overstate how amazing the staff is here. This event is a must do if your visiting Vegas and have firearm experience. Best done with friends or parties.

NOT AT ALL WORTH THE MONEY! Go to Battlefield Las Vegas. Much better experience. I should have read the reviews. DonΓÇÖt make my same mistake. Did not say this was a virtual only experience. When we arrived they said there were no live ammo because of the ammo shortage. No pistol rounds were given in the zombie room as described in Groupon. Then the assault rifle didnΓÇÖt work in the virtual room. Not a good experience. Did not work as described. Talked to the employee and manager who did not care and just said that they would give a discount on a future visit but nothing to fix this visit.

Beware!!! We booked online in advance and paid for Saturday the 9th of January for 5 people. We did receive email an confirmation and another email 24 hours prior to arrival. When we arrived the doors were locked and there is no answer at any of the given numbers for this business. Needless to say besides being disappointed we now need to dispute the charge with our CC company since we cant get anyone at the business to answer the phone. Looked like fun but I guess we will never know.

Made reservations a couple weeks prior. Two days in advance called to confirm, no answer. One day in advance no answer. Website says open 9-4. Day of called, no answer. Drove by just to check. No sign on door, open 9-4 hours posted. Doors locked. So much for the great experience/great customer service.

What a great experience my Bestfriend , cousin and I had at top gun, not realizing what exactly we were getting ourselves into but with our host Stacey and her fun down to earth personality, she mad it a memory to remember FOREVER.

Booked website for 5pm and got there they were closing. The manager told me my refund would be 10-15 days but they took my money to book right away. Was really looking forward to this and they suck.

All I can say is WOW, just wow. Just finished the gun battle and itΓÇÖs an experience of a lifetime. Definitely the icing on the cake of Vegas visit. The gun battle transmits shocks and makes you feel like one BAMF. Huge fist bumps to Alondra. She was super knowledgeable and made experience super memorable. This is a Vegas must do!!

Overall a great place and fun experience, especially for people new to that type of activity. I unfortunately bought a package at it's sister store beside it before going entering Top Shot, and saw that I would have had the exact same package for an overall lower price if I had went to Top Shot first (didn't know of this until I was there after). Felt a little disappointed that I could have had significant savings if I went to the stores in reverse order. So warning to others, if you plan to go to both stores, purchase the package from Top Shot first and you can save a significant amount from your package purchase at the neighbor store.

Staff was friendly but there were tons of malfunctions and the software was old. Cost twice as much per person as the experience was worth.
