Went in to use the range. The counter was friendly and the range officer was elite. Explained safety well. I went in smiling and it was returned. Great experience! Edit: Was a great experience, not recently tho. Walked around for 20 min with no acknowledgment. I was ready to buy a rifle for $1800. Loss of a sale, loss of a customer. Gonna just go to lead bunker in Jackson from now on

Got two guns from them. One I got taken for should have done my homework. Second gun they took 50 dollars off which took it back to average price at best! Range is over priced. Staff was ok but treated most people poorly. Go to NOT JUST GUNS DOWN THE ROAD Mike is way more of a people person and didnΓÇÖt seem to shy away from a offer or price match and ya I bought a gun and would go there again!!!

Yesterday morning, I came here for the new shooter package. I actually debated on whether or not to actually do something like this. But as it turns out, I am very thankful that I did. There were several things that I never even thought of, being new to shooting a pistol, that was brought to my attention. The experience also gave me chances to asked several questions of my own, from things like how my bifocal glasses make a difference in shooting and how I should aim, and even the chance to shoot with my left hand, just for a couple examples. I personally think this new shooter package is a great thing for a first time shooter to go through, and definitely recommend it!! And of course, can't forget the icing on the cake, the staff was friendly and helpful the whole time I was there. Thank you!!

In my experience, this particular firearm store exhibits passive-aggressive behavior. A couple staff memebers were kind but my brother had his identification documents thrown disrespectfully onto the counter. As a improvement safety precaution, I encourage that before engaging in indoor shooting and firearm safety protocal, all participants should also be instructed to cease target shooting immediately if the target hanger begins to swing from side to side after unintentionally struck by a bullet then reset the target hanger and proceed to fire. No one wants to think that they are unintelligent it discourages the new to average consumer from being a proud legal firearms owner or someone who wants to just safely enjoy there first time shooting. The staff members of total firearms set the tone and everyone is held accountable for eachother and themselves. Sometimes customers donΓÇÖt go to a store just because it has what they need or a price is reasonable but because they know the service is good. Thank you.

Not a fan, this place kinda sucks. The only good experiences I've had is when I walk in knowing exactly what I want and they happen to have it. Came in this weekend with some cash and a loose idea of what I wanted in a (clay/trap) shotgun; just needed help being funnelled into a purchase with a loose budget by someone who understood their inventory. The "salesmen" were more worried about banter and what was for lunch than helping the only customer in the store orbiting the racks for more than 20 minutes in obvious indesicion - i ended up finding exactly what i wanted at dunhams at a fraction the price and time. Not the first time this has happened either. Years ago, I wanted to impulse buy a rifle and the guy was trying to talk through a mouthful of taco bell answering my questions. I bought it anyways and came back a few days later for extra magazines; wherein the same person called me foolish for buying a rare gun and expecting parts to be available...Turns out he neglected the detail that it was 1 of less than 100 handmade dan wesson .22s...and ended up being worth 10x what i paid, so no hard feelings there but my point still stands. Their neglectful style of customer service is soggy at its best and has been fatal at its worst, it really blows me away they're still open.

Went to TF today for my first experience. My goal was to experience their First Time Firearm Pistol Training. The instructor Fred was kind, experienced, engaging, educational, and absolutely an awesome dude all around! I highly recommend Total Firearms for their supplies, their team members, and their training. I am planning to return for their CCPL training and licensing, in the future. For those with friends and family members seeking a extremely well versed first time learning experience with an awesome instructor, check out Total Firearms and ask for Fred as your instructor. Thanks, TF!

Bought a used reproduction M1A1 Thompson from them at a local gun show. It had lots of feeding issues. They took it in and had it shipped back to Auto Ordinance for repairs free of charge.

Great supply of guns and ammo and well versed staff. Indoor shooting range for those interested. Personally I go there for their fishing supplies and live bait. The also have boat rentals for the large gravel pit behind the store.
