The website was easy to use had exactly the fire arms I was looking for, and when I called because I had a few questions they were very friendly and helpful, I will be buying all my fire arms ammunition and what ever else I need from them in the future. I highly recommend you do the same

Everyone of my gun friends that tell me they're looking to put money down on a new piece somewhere I always tell them to go see Edward at the tradesman first before they buy elsewhere. They always thank me later for spending less money and getting something way nicer. The best prices you'll find and their knowledge is the best in the valley.

I go to Edward Wilks for all my firearm needs. He is one of the most knowledgeable people I have ever met. All around great guy and runs a very tight ship. He always has time for my questions and I learned something every time I go into the shop. Highly recommended!

Guy a real crook or snake I was try pawn my WW2 Hamlet that worth 250 buck. Keep in mind the guy already has WW2 stuff inside his pawn shop but not for sale.he'll tell he can only do 25 bucks!!when we both know how much it worth .. When we both look at it online retail sell for over 250 buck and yet guy tells me only 25 and then has the audacity to tell me to sell it on Facebook for 50 bucks knowing that I knew his full attention knowing he was to buy it from me on Facebook

I have to say that dealing with Edward was a pleasure. I called regarding having an online gun purchase sent to him and he informed me of the HUGE backlog of background checks due to the possibility of firearm purchase restrictions in the state and suggested I come right down to get one done. Very personable and trustworthy business.

One of the best pawn shops out there! IΓÇÖve known the owner for some time, and I can tell you that the items arenΓÇÖt the only thing I look forward to see when I walk in. Planning on buying my first firearm here right after I take the owners concealed carry class. Highly recommend The Tradesman for both the items and the customer service. You will not be disappointed! :)

Leaving this review late, but I had the absolute best experience buying my Rossi .38 special from here. Extremely knowledgable and welcoming. I'll be driving all the way from basalt to go here over any gun shop in the valley. Amazing!

Edward provides an excellent service, not just in selling firearms, but in product knowledge as well as real world application of skill. My girlfriend and I stopped in, new to firearms and were made exceptionally comfortable and we could tell by some of his videos that he provides great training services as well. He is and fantastic businessman and salesperson, we bought nothing even with the intention of doing so. Most importantly Tradesmen in Rifle CO has our business and I will return when ready for my CCW class as well. This has by far been our best firearms shop experience and I could not recommend this store more highly.

In regards to loans at the tradesmen I am very disappointed in the way I was treated by Edward. IΓÇÖve paid on loans there for over four years, I believed that he was a good guy he seemed honest but I found out otherwise! HeΓÇÖs like a snake waiting in the grass to strike right at the moment when you were at your weakest. He waited till I was actually homeless and struggling as a single parent to sell all my precious items out from under me which included coin collection times three and big screen TV. I went out of my way to trust this guy got stabbed in the back I hope it doesnΓÇÖt happen to anybody else if you want to lose your items then go ahead and put on him to Edward heΓÇÖll smile all the way to the bank and praise the Lord to as he screws you.

Customer service here is insanely phenomenal! Edward was always very kind when me and my family was in his store. I had pawned my wedding rings and a tv and when I picked my stuff up, we had been so busy that we forgot to get my rings, even though we paid for them. I called Edward on a Friday and he confirmed that my rings were in fact there...we were actually moving to East Tennessee, (which is why we were in such a hurry) I called him back on Monday and gave him our new address and by Friday my rings were in the mailbox. He could have very easily done bad business since we had signed the paper saying we picked up our stuff, but he was a stand up, good guy! Thank you Edward for being one of the nicest people that we had the chance to meet and do business with while were in your great state! :D
