Q: What time do you open and what kind of guns are allowed? Thanks

A: Open at sun up. But they ask that you don't shoot before 9 a.m. Not a hard rule but a courtesy to the neighbors. Pretty much any gun is allowed including fully automatic as long as all laws are obeyed.

A: We were shooting steel silhouettes at the 100 yard range with ARs 5.56 and 308.

- Mike Wilson (6 years ago)

A: I've seen people shoot 308, 5.56, 300 blackout. I don't think there's a limit but you can't shoot steel over a certain caliber (but you can hit paper with anything to my knowledge).

TASC Lost $150 membership renewal checks twice 2022 and 2024. Last time anonymous "TASC Membership Manager" lost check after me asking for new Landyards & Gate Combo his/her response: "After a long call with our bank, I have found your check..". Then, he/she banned me for life for me being disrespectful for me suggesting he/she make a copy of the checks or write in Deposit book or something to have a record of money TASC receives. Also, contrary to comments I saw with other members, we could never go without "Range Officers" or other members getting in our business. Tried to go one time when the weather was a little bit less desireable and a member (Military Vet) rolling on Fuller Mill saw us and stopped to check us out. Always felt like we were'nt really welcome. Got me thinking they like the $150 dues and $150 initition fees but don't really want you coming to shoot. Makes sense, if all the members showed up at one time it would be way too crowded AND annoy the neighbors that much more. But what's up with person in an organization not using their name? just salutations as "TASC Membership Manager" - Wonder who came up with that? and why? I've been in business for 45 years - started doing direct mail in 1976. I never heard of any kind of communiction where a person doesn't give their name. Just weird.

Well built and maintained facility. I really like the variety of opportunities it has versus other local ranges.

I have a membership here. Great place to shoot. Never too busy. Well worth the drive from High Point.

Super nice people are members there. Safety is paramount. The ranges are nice and clean due to some simple rules and the porta potty is cleaned often.

I've been a member for a little over a year now and I think it's great. It's got a solid membership system, nice variety of shooting bays, well kept. Just a good overall setup for me.

Outstanding outdoor range. Five individual ranges, everything from 100 yard to 50 yard rim fire. Everyone there friendly, supportive, willing to share and give advice.

Friend took me here a couple times, I joined pretty quickly even though I live 1.5 hours away because its price is hard to beat ($100/year in 2018) and being outdoors it is much more versatile than indoor ranges. Also, in my experience it's usually pretty quiet. At most I've been there with 3-4 other groups so you typically can keep to yourself and train hard if you want, probably not the place to go to if you want to socialize with strangers - however, it's great for socializing with your friends because as of current rules you get 2 free guests with each membership so bring em! Also, the owner (or manager, not sure) is very responsive to emails and seems on top of things. As others have said, every range is covered and some shooting benches are pretty dang new and comfortable.

My buddy just got a membership and took me shooting for the day. I didn't know what to expect and only took my .40. Next time I will bring the shotgun, long gun, and the 40. Great place to spend some time honing your skills

This place gives you a lot of freedom you canΓÇÖt find at a big name range. The price is $100/year as of 2018. It has a 100 yard rifle range and several other smaller caliber ranges. All ranges have shelters from rain and sun. My wife and I love to visit and train for self defense.
