Great private gun club. The only wish I had was that I lived closer. I have always had a positive experience with them and find them supportive and knowledgeable.

Trigger time really took care of me this past weekend. Had another shop BUTCHER the sights on a firearm I leverage as a backup and personal carry. I am LEO and needed a quick turn around. The team here stepped up and got my new sights squared away. Sights look awesome. Firearm runs great. Couldnt be happier 10/10. I have also bought and traded a few firearms here. Great place to work with.

First, I'm not a member nor have I ever shot here. The thing is, they sound awfully arrogant on the phone. I asked the guy if they offer a senior discount? His answer was: That wouldn't be fair to the other customers who pay more! My response to him was that his opinion could apply to every type of senior discount in existence. They sound like they couldn't care less about older folks, it's just about the money, period. Also, the $350 one-time is ridiculous. It's more proof of their greed. $42/month is already high for a range.

Trigger Time is my favorite shooting range in Front Range Colorado. It is clean, well organized and the staff is top notch. Also a great place to buy suppressors and firearms.

I bought my first suppressor online and was so excited until I went looking for a place to fingerprint me, called Trigger Time, and spoke to a terrible employee. IΓÇÖm pretty new to the gun world in terms of processes, and I admitted that I donΓÇÖt know what IΓÇÖm supposed to do next, and this guy talked to me like I was stupid for asking. The man I spoke to at Trigger Time was condescending and super unhelpful. He treated me like an idiot and an annoyance. A lot of people are curious about firearms for important reasons like self defense, but theyΓÇÖre also intimidated by firearms so they donΓÇÖt ask questions or inquire. The man I spoke to is the kind of person who should not work in these establishments because he clearly perpetuates this kind of anxiety. For anyone who would like to know, fingerprints can be done up the road at Liberty Firearms Institute (they have a SilencerCo kiosk) in Loveland. They also have an awesome shooting range and everyone at Liberty Firearms has been incredibly friendly and helpful.

I would say the vast majority of my experience here was actually five stars. I was a member at the range for two years. I really only stopped being a member for cost and personal budget reasons. The cost is the main reason I am rating it 4 stars. But also sadly, at the end of my last paid year of membership it was incredibly confusing exactly when my membership accesses technically ended and that was pretty frustrating. It felt like I got a slightly different answer every time I tried to get it figured out. And the answers I got never seemed to be a simple answer. All I wanted to know is that date X is the last day of paid access. I wasn’t trying to get free range access or anything. I was just trying to figure out exactly when my paid access ended. When I went in at the end of what I thought was supposed to be my last month of access (because I was told that it was) I asked about buying one more month of access and I was told I would need to pay for the month that was just ending as well as the upcoming month if I wanted to do that and get one more month off access… ummmm no… I’m not paying for two months to get 30 more days of additional access. I was a very very happy customer for almost two years but as soon as it got near the time that they wanted me to renew, things unfortunately got confusing and frustrating. The last month of my membership was unfortunately not quite as good of an experience as the previous 23 months. I’m still only 100% sure of one thing. I know for a fact that I paid for 24 months of membership access. If I accidentally got free access once or twice in a 25th month, then I’m sorry. But I certainly spent plenty of money in their shop on ammo and guest passes in that last month I was there so I don’t feel too bad about using the range in the last calendar month that I was in there (especially since they told me I had access). Maybe all the confusion was my fault, but it seemed like a pretty simple question to me: I had bought a year, so when exactly did my paid year of access end? Overall I would still highly recommend them but that last little bit of confusion and frustration is still quite fresh. :/
