I spend allot of money and take in allot of knowledge from ATF directly to know what I can and can not have in good old california. I try to bring in people to see what turners at PD has to offer but they always end up disliking the place. 1 out of 5 workers have no idea what they are talking about and that makes a discussion turn into a worker yelling at a customer and that will push people away from the range. Why buy firearms from someone who dont know the law.

If you call they put you on a hold for longer than 5 min. Along with that they never have enough staff to keep up with people coming in. Overall you are better off going yo Golden State Armory down the i10

Their on hold message is annoying. I called ahead and was left on hold while the guy went looking for a hunting vest. I had to hang up cause the automated on hold message kept repeating for 10 mins and the guy never came back. Got to the store and they had nothing in clothing So no real hunting vests only tactical vest. I’m sure it’s a great store for some but my experience was trash. 👎

The good reviews are from Second Amendment Sports, the store that used to occupy this space, there are better places in the valley to purchase or transfer guns, dont waste your time here, not even for ammo or the indoor range, go to Yellow Mart and shoot at Berdoo Canyon

Turners is so bad I became an FFL to help serve the poorly served Coachella Valley. Turners has gotten worse since it bought Second Amendment.

Turners is a great franchise but this store has lost ALL company values . TERRIBLE STAFF & MANAGEMENT . IΓÇÖd rather take the hour+ drive to the Turners in Riverside where itΓÇÖs always a great experience . I suggest they look into a more friendly and professional environment and approach

My grandson and I were doing a transfer paperwork of an old revolver to his name. Staff were very knowledgeable about their selection and services. I don't think anyone would appreciate having their pictures taken but a very cute pistol caught my eye. Maybe next time.

After staring at the hand guns for about half an hour and listening to employees brag about sells they made and joke with one another, I am finally attended to. I did not know I had to pick a # until after leaving the store. After doing a sell for store credit, and them finding a gun that interested me; a Sig Sauer p320 M18 with a red dot sight, I decided to purchase it. After purchasing I am told it doesn't come with the dot sight. Well that's disappointing, that's a feature that sold the gun to me. So the dot sight itself needs to be ordered. I had one ordered for $289.95, or I was told for that price. After doing all the paperwork, safety test, and 10 day waiting period I went to pick up the gun on September 8th, 2024. I purchased a 1,000 rounds of ammo and asked where the dot sight I ordered was. The employee told me it was not on file that I ordered a dot sight. He said, "we have one in stock-" "Yeah, that's the one I ordered." "-For $399.98." "400 bucks!? You're kidding me right!?" "Let me go ask my manager". Manager: "I'm not sure who told you this. "The guy who sold me the the dot sight." Complete FALSE ADVERTISING BS! This is how you lose costumers right here.

Turners took over 2nd Amendment several years ago and the place went further downhill in my opinion. Service, customer relations, attitude etc...It used to be worthwhile to bring in quality firearms to trade in on newer items or simply post for consignment but even a simple option like that becomes a tedious game of negotiation which usually ends up with them insulting you with lower than low ball offers on quality firearms in excellent condition. My most recent experience with them confirmed my belief that they are worse then their predecessors. I had high hopes but alas, the corporate model these days appears to be screw the customer, there are always more...

Sorry if this is a rant, made a couple purchases back in May, took 2 months for them to get the paperwork right before I could finally pick up all my equipment. Because of the error I had to pay for the new tax and repeated dros's. I will never go back to the store again, I live out here and will tell everybody I ever meet not to go to the store again. Bad services is one thing, when they won't take responsibility for bad service that is even worse. 😡

I recently went in to look for a new site and to look at perhaps purchasing a new AR. Not only did we wait like we were at the DMV, the gentleman that helped us was not knowledgeable about specific ammo I was asking about and gave me misinformation about a gun that I own. They almost never have what I need. I ended up going to TimΓÇÖs in Thousand Palms and had a wonderful experience.

The people are friendly and helpful. Prices are outrageous but I guess that is CA for you. There never seem to be enough people working the gun counter so it takes forever there. The gun range staff is knowledgeable, friendly and efficient.

Tried now for a week to get into the store and start the 10 day waiting period for a weapon that I had shipped to Turners from Turner's website. They claim computer/internet problems. If customer service matters, the owner of the store would get busy and get the situation fixed. How can a business that relies on the internet for connection with the government to move business forward, not pull out all the stops to fix such a glaring trouble spot? Really disappointed with Turner's customer support.

Shopping at Turners is always a knowledgeable and pleasant experience. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They are very trained in ever aspect of safety and gun handling. Questions about anything I have no matter what they are they know the answer. Special orders are taken and communication is always amazing. I am so grateful I found Turners. I also enjoy the range. I went in yesterday to look at a couple of things, greeter guy was very nice but after waiting for nearly 20 minutes to be helped, I decided to leave and go to yellowmart. I was helped after 2 minutes at yellowmart and they were much more competent.
