These guys claimed and doubled down that my KAW Valley linear compensator was a suppressor. IΓÇÖve never seen a more poorly trained and uninformed group of RSOs in my life. Bunch of space cadets working at this location. Never coming here again.

Went to turner's outdoorsman second amendment store on Mohawk and Rosedale hwy. To have some fishing line put onto reel , I couldn't get any help,the employee working the front counter was to busy talking to someone for more than 10 to 20 minutes, very poor service. I will not returning to this store.

Tried buying my first gun here the staff was nice and all but my background check was delayed for a month for no apparent reason and then after the time period was up no one called me I had to call them to find out my background check came back inconclusive or some other phrase they said and now I have to wait 4-6 weeks to get my money back as a check. So essentially I gave turners outdoorsman a 2 month loan of 500$ and have nothing to show for it and also donΓÇÖt know why with no record I couldnΓÇÖt buy it

I have gone here a few times over the turners on Mohawk street to not deal so much with the masses in between the hours. I can say without a doubt that it is a great experience if you are getting assistance for whatever reason from the manger there named "Cassagri." I may have mispelled her name, but if she is working that day you decide to go there you'll be taken care of respectfully, and will be patient with you. She is what a manager should be like when handling customer's. It would have been a 5 star rating if there were more workers with similar work ethics.

Besides being ridiculously busy, I always have great customer service here. All the employees are friendly and helpful. I just wish turners had an outdoor range closer to home.

These guys are just playing games whenever they want They check ID and if they didn't feel like it they will just let you go in, I came with my family before, and they never asked for ID, today they just kicked us out because the store manager was there so they had to follow the rules in front of him, they was so rude and disrespectful.

180 degree difference in customer service compared to the location on Mohawk. The staff is helpful and friendly and importantly knowledgeable. The selection is good and if youΓÇÖre in for something specific theyΓÇÖre more than willing to help you get it ordered. Glad to have spent my money here!

Prior to its new ownership I always had issues with the Mohawk location however after coming to this location multiple times to browse and shoot, I will not be going anywhere else. I am very satisfied with the level of service that this location has given me. Upon my arrival I was greeted by multiple turners employees asking me if I needed any help or guidance. I spoke with Brennan who helped guide me towards the purchase of my next firearm. His advice was helpful and he did not hesitate to show me and my friend multiple firearms to get a feel for which one we liked most. Brennan, if youΓÇÖre reading this, thanks again for all your help. Once done at the display counter, we moved along to the range where a very kind gentlemen checked us in to a lane. He was also very insightful and you could definitely tell he enjoyed being there and having a conversation with us. The range itself was very clean and up-kept. There were no malfunctions with the target system or lack in ventilation. The range itself was well lit and fairly spacious for being an indoor range. We left the range feeling great and motivated to come back another time for some more shooting and new guns. Thank you everyone!
