The hours shown on Google at 9-6. I showed up at 4:55 wanting to shoot and they told me they were closing at 5:00. After mentioning the discrepancy online, they stayed an extra 30 so my nephew and I could shoot his new 10/22. Great folks!

A Nice gun range out of the city. Friendly folks and most importantly, a small family business. Why not check them out. We enjoy coming here because itΓÇÖs a good hour away from the metroplex. Nice and quiet like Texas used to be.

Great range and service, right outside of Glen Rose. They have a pistol range and a 100 yd range, with nice carpet on the benches for the 100yd range. Just keep an eye out for the wildlife!

Love this place! Range is always ready to go unless people intentionally ruin it for others. Every time I've been everyone has always been safety first including the other customers on the range. I have had one instance where the hours hadn't been updated on Facebook only to show up and they were closed. I had a guest with me from 3 states away. I called, owner answers and says my mistake. We were treated well like usual and given the option to stay and we'd be on the range in 10 minutes. Exactly that happened. By far one of the best family ran business I've been to. And one of the best outdoor ranges. I've gone to Uncle George's over 30 times and i will continue to go here.

Been going there for years. Laid back friendly people. Family owned. Things are sliding lately. Range run down. Houses arent stocked and filled with trash. Not the same since Ramond took over. Started closing at lunch and on sundays. Waited for an hour today to open back up after lunch. Finally left. Guess ill have to shoot somewhere else

Love their range, open air and good people. They have a rifle range, pistol range, .22 range, trap, and skeet. Plenty of many types of ammo, firearms, and accessories.
