I attended the womenΓÇÖs only handgun course taught by Chris on 2/12. He did an amazing job. You can tell that he is passionate about what he does! He took his time with each of us once we were in the range, helping us to feel comfortable. If youΓÇÖre hesitant about signing up for the womenΓÇÖs class or any class, donΓÇÖt be! Sign up! Chris is an amazing teacher! IΓÇÖll be signing up for the next one! I canΓÇÖt remember his name behind the counter, but he was so patient with me when helping me to find a gun that felt comfortable in my little hands! overall great experience!

Took the Woman's handgun class for my birthday this year and wow. Not only was it very informative, but the guys made sure everyone of of us was comfortable before shooting and made me feel so much better. I was terrified to shoot, but they had nothing but patience and reassured me the whole way through. I can't recommend them enough for first time shooters, especially women first timers! Can't wait to come back and take more classes.

Great location and facility. Bathrooms were very clean and the building was very nice. I took my kiddos to shot a little bit and ended up renting a .22 rifle for the little one. During the practice, the rifle malfunctioned over and over resulting in dry fires and then clearing the gun and re racking a round. This got extremely annoying and we just ended up giving up on it. After notifying the staff that the rifle was having issues, they told me they were aware. They mentioned they had to keep hitting the barrel forward because it would pop out of place. We were not issued a partial refund or credit of any kind which seemed strange to me. I didnΓÇÖt ask for one but that shows a lot about a company. When a company rents you a rifle knowing itΓÇÖs malfunctioning and eventually could cause some serious damage to the user but doesnΓÇÖt seem that worried makes me worry. Being X military and over 15 years of Law Enforcement IΓÇÖm just really shocked. Hoping management sees this and makes some corrections. I will certainly come back and use the range but wouldnΓÇÖt suggest anyone to rent a firearm until quality check is on point.

First year was wonderful with James and his team. You could get 1month to 1 year for your membership. New crew came in and decided that they should remove honor from the business, so they will charge you every month for free money. Watch out

I took the beginners hand gun course here and left with so much knowledge! Chris made sure I was comfortable at all times, and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole experience. Austin was so patient helping me pick out which gun I wanted to use. I canΓÇÖt wait to come back and take the intermediate course and expand my knowledge!

It was my first experience holding/shooting a gun and i had the best time! We took the women's training course with Chris and it was so good, I felt completely confident when it was time to go into the range. When it was time to choose my gun (so nervous) Austin helped me and he was awesome! Chris was very attentive and hands on in the range. I am so happy i chose Vault Arms for this experience. I am excited to go back and do it again. I have already recommended this course to a family member and she will be going back with me!

In a few words, 'Professionalism on display!' Excellent instruction, a very fine range, all the staff were up tp date on the latest products and the advantages of each. VAULT ARMS has everything I need in guns and supplies. I will be a regular customer!

My only issue with this place is if on the rare chance their booked up their is no way to know. I found out by walking in and being told oh were booked up with a yellow piece of paper in his hand. Needs a better system to tell people when their closed for maintenance as well as I drove up and was told uh wer closed come back around 3 well thats not a good nor efficent way to tell people your closed for 3 hours. I love going their but I'm debating just selling my guns and never going shooting their again as I rarely despite going during the middle of the week find a time where their not blocked out for some reason leaving customers high and dry.

This is a top notch indoor gun range. Definitely something Tyler has needed. 25 yard bays make it perfect to practice. I had a year membership there and it was a good experience every time. It meant a lot when IΓÇÖd come in and James remember my name and got me signed in quickly. IΓÇÖd recommend anyone coming in for an hour session. I think my only disappointment is that when they first were selling memberships, it sounded more like a gun club where people can meet and get to know more like minded people. The yearly membership was pretty high priced, when I told others I was hopeful for more member things to get folks together in a private club. I asked a few times if there was a members page where people could chat on there. I saw more ladies night events and teachers classes than anything else ( which is absolutely great, all for stuff like that.) I had a great year at the range here and IΓÇÖll be back for some days probably. I just thought it was going to be a bit more than what it is.

Super helpful, very clean, very safe and quick to set up everything for us. They even stayed in the room to make sure we loaded the correct ammo and proper safety guidelines.

I visited the range today and was greeted by James and Estaban. Both were very accommodating and generous in their trainings. Both of them were patient and definitely had vast knowledge over all of the firearms we had brought in. I'd recommend to give this a try, especially if you're looking to shoot a gun for your first time.

Great to have an indoor shooting range that is close to home. It is a very clean and well-designed facility. The manager (James Dufner) was very friendly, helpful and professional. I thoroughly enjoyed my shooting experience.

Extremely welcoming, very knowledgeable, clean. Took us on a tour of the gun range and gun shop located directly behind. Safety is priority #1 here and any questions were answered. WeΓÇÖll definitely be back
