Went 3 days ago to range and it was perfect! Me and my fiancée were the only ones there and all we shot was a regular 9mm and 12 gauge shotgun. The wonderful man there helped us and gave us a quick overview of the range. He let me shoot my 12 gauge into the dirt mounds behind or next to the target (as long as I didn’t shoot the actual targets with my 12 gauge) and we had a blast. Definitely would visit this range again and please just pick up your brass/casings, it doesn’t hurt to clean up a bit after yourself it’s help the owners/workers.

The place itself is great. The person at the entrance is not. She is quite rude, but it seems as if she targets certain people only. She kept coming up to us several times, even though we were doing what sheΓÇÖd ask us to do (pick up the brass). However, everyone around us was doing the same thing and sheΓÇÖd only ask us. For that reason, I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Great place to shoot. Open 7days a week now. I didnΓÇÖt get to shoot at the 200yd targets because it was taken.

As a former Marine and competitive Marksman I found the range to be in good shape with plenty of firing positions. I'm a safety first shooter and this range takes safety seriously. All in all it was a great day on the range.

Range is functional, but needs improvements if you want to consider it "safe". Entry is very affordable, but with that comes crowds of people that do not know/have proper range manners. Only 1 person on duty and she was friendly, but spread thin trying to babysit people. Not able to shoot Shotgun calibers also no fun.

Best outdoor shooting range in the Valley! The Range Manager's personality is awesome. The range is always neat and clean! The goats that periodically come to visit are fun to watch.

The range was fine to go plink. Now you have goats wandering around that you need to keep an eye on, and the goat landmines make picking up brass a tedious job. Goats are not phased by the gun shots. Bring bug spray. I consider the goats a safety issue and not sure we will go back while they are there.

The hours say they close at 6pm, but thatΓÇÖs unless the lady in her truck wants to finish her cheeseburger in peace. Drove half an hour from Brownsville & showed up at 4:50 & was informed that the shooting range was going to close early due to daylight savings. I specifically called to ask for the hours and the automated recording said it would close until 6pm. IΓÇÖm not wasting my time driving up here again.

First time going and meeting Carol also. She is great and also the range is great as well. Very casual range, cheap, easy to get to as well. Will defiantly go again. Can't beat the price, $10.00. Thumbs up.

This shooting range its nice, i love the outdoors so being outside shooting its the best!!the employee working there was very respectful and clear explaining the range rules and stuff, definitely recommend this place and definitely coming back!!

I was handgun shooting with 2 other groups of 2 (6 total counting us) - all was very organized and safe! It's was a great experience. The range supervisor was pleasant and professional at both check-in and check-out.

Stuff is falling apart and only a 50 and 200 yd to shoot at they are burley standing. Just in general this shooting range needs work. Lady there is very rude .

Always a great experience at VinsonΓÇÖs. The Range Master Carol is always super friendly and kind while explaining all the Range Rules and Expectations perfectly . Greatest price to be able to enjoy a range close to home with family & friends. Safety and fun for all is top priority.

Everything was so great here. My family loved it. Very spacious. Safety is taken seriously. Area's clean. There's a 3 to 15 yards for pistols. Then 50 and 100 yards for riffles or other big guns. We'll definitely come back again.

Great range!, the lady is always so helpful and welcoming. The 100 and 200 yard range is perfect to sight in the rifles and the handgun range is awesome. You shoot comfortably here.

Nice experience! Lady let us stay a hour pass closing time due of us being a little to far from them! And she didn’t mind at all! Very helpful and well mattered! Will soon return to have more fun ❤️.

Great spot to shoot at. Carol was very welcoming and was very helpful. Came after a bit of rain and she even offered bug spray. Felt very welcomed here and will definitely be coming back.
