Wade's Eastside Guns

I’ve been going to Wade’s Gun Range for years, and most of the staff are great—friendly, professional, and happy to help. But today, I encountered an employee who must have studied customer service under a disgruntled DMV worker. I watched as another customer approached him with a question, and instead of, you know, acknowledging their existence like a normal human being, he barely turned his head, giving them a look that screamed, “Why are you speaking to me?” No words, no effort—just pure, uninterested disdain. Then it was my turn. I asked a question, and he responded with the absolute minimum syllables required to form a sentence. If I hadn’t seen him do the same thing to the last guy, I would’ve thought I had personally wronged him in another life. The highlight of the experience? When I handed him my credit card, he just… paused, pointed at the payment machine, and stared at me like a malfunctioning robot. No words, no instructions—just an awkward, silent standoff. Honestly, the whole thing felt like an art-house film about terrible customer service. Wade’s, I love your range, but maybe remind this guy that basic human interaction won’t physically harm him. (And if you need to identify the employee, he’s the small guy with the big attitude.)

I am a regular at BGC but today I wanted to check out WadeΓÇÖs rental collection and place. I have been hesitant to go here based on some negative reviews but those are totally unfounded. I loved this place. Their collection of both rental and sale handguns was amazing. The staff was very knowledgeable and super helpful. There was no upsell and I ended up buying the annual membership and a case of 9mm. The best part was their rental collection. I was in search for a few different comp handguns and they have so many. I tried SW and Glock and they did not disappoint me. Overall, a wonderful experience. My new goto place

Staff is a really nice guy, demonstrated the safety in detail. Price is reasonable in my opinion, 35 for a lane, 30 for pistol rental, 15 for 50 rounds, and a dollar for a target paper

Need to get hours and business name figured out. I looked up wades guns hours but actually it shows Bellevue indoor range hour, so retail is closed.

Absolutely loved it, this was my first ever experience with guns and everything, starting from safety briefing to shooting in the range was great. Excellent customer service and we never had to wait for anything.

I recently used WESG for a Silencer Shop transfer. I've never used Silencer Shop before, so this whole process was novel for me. Israel handled my transaction, from start to finish. While not knowing how this all worked, Israel explained everything efficiently and effectively, leaving me with little opportunity to screw anything up. He made sure I managed each step, and treated my like I was valued, without condescension. This is a really well run shop. They have their process down. I'm not sure how they get paid for finishing the deal for Silencer Shop, but I really feel like I've more than gotten my money's worth.
