Terrible customer service! I would absolutely not recommend this range, definitely way better people at other ranges. The workers are rude and just try to find a reason yell about. First time coming to this range just to get yelled at, even though we followed all the rules. Definitely the last time IΓÇÖll be going!

Customer service is a little awkward... Walked in and was just kind of stared at by the 5 dudes hanging out in there. Felt like I just came into the saloon and the music stopped... But the land is nice, ranges are relatively clean, and shooting outdoors is much better than indoors.

If It was an option to rate with 0 stars I would! EXTREMELY disappointed in our visit today. My husband and his co-worker wanted to make a day of shooting multiple guns while off duty and were pretty excited about trying out this range. The staff was very disrespectful and obviously donΓÇÖt understand how important customer service and communication skills are. They also have a laminated paper at the front desk (picture of this is also posted on their Facebook) that shows whom they ΓÇ£supposedlyΓÇ¥ give discounts to. When our co-worker asked about the discounts and showed proof of, they still charged him $20 when it clearly says it is ΓÇ£freeΓÇ¥. It also states at the end of this ΓÇ£we are striving to improve your range experienceΓÇ¥ (where???). His tone was also condescending and rude. We asked the employee if we needed to sign the book being that he NEVER told us, he made a comment about being ΓÇ£lateΓÇ¥ multiple times but I couldnΓÇÖt understand what he was actually saying. If there are people that are new comers, youΓÇÖd think that maybe the employee would give us that kind of information instead of making us guess? Around 4:45 one of the employees drove by and stated that we had 15 minutes. We were polite and said ΓÇ£yes sirΓÇ¥. Due to the fact that we had multiple guns and targets and were trying to clean up the best we could so that we did not leave the range a mess, it took us a little longer to finish packing up to leave. The employee drove by at 5:07 and stated very disrespectfully that we were slow and that they had closed 10 minutes ago. When we walked in to get our IDΓÇÖs and sign out, the employee (maybe the owner?) made the statement, ΓÇ£IΓÇÖm not sure what the misunderstanding is but we close at 5:00ΓÇ¥. Being that we did not want any issues we continued out the door and left. YouΓÇÖd think as a store owner or employee customer service would be something you need to have or at least work on especially being that there are multiple reviews (I did not read before coming here because I like to make my own opinion on places and people) and probably more interactions that have not been reported of these staff members being disrespectful, condescending, and obviously not appreciative or supportive of Law Enforcement/First Responders. And I can say that we will NOT be back! We do not appreciate being talked to like weΓÇÖre children or disrespected. Others might want to think twice before coming here and if you do, I hope they improve their unfriendly attitudes. DO BETTER!!!

There is a store at the entrance. They have all the stuff you managed to forget. Some of the ranges have shade. They are laid out well to isolate each shooting area. Don't forget to bring you staple gun to hang your targets. Also if your car is low to the ground it is tricky navigating the dirt roads. No problem otherwise.

One of, if not the best outdoor gun range in the area. If you're looking to have conversations and the red carpet rolled out for you, I'd recommend elsewhere. Don't act like a child and you won't be treated like one. The men in there are a dying breed, and we as Americans are lucky to have men like that left in this world. Short and sweet every time. 10 out of 10 recommend.

Great range, but the employees have the old jaded condescending gun store owner attitude. Would be really nice if they didn't.

Rude and condescending owner and staff. I don't need to be talked down to while I'm being respectful and trying to be a paying customer. The ranges need work, and they shortened their 200yd range. Not sure what was worth paying for.

Great place if you love being treated terribly from the moment you walk in. Owner is a typical gun range fudd who thinks you are there to shoot everything but the targets. Insinuated my co workers and I would cause problems and would kick us out. This was within 2 minutes of walking in the door. This place is nothing special , donΓÇÖt waste your time and go somewhere reputable with friendly staff

I didnΓÇÖt appreciate being spoken to and treated as if I was a teenager. I came with a group of coworkers and we were met with an immediate lecture about how one of us will end up ΓÇ£trying to show upΓÇ¥ another (as he described as a phallic sizing competition). I donΓÇÖt feel that our behavior on our arrival was anything but cordial and professional. They seemed annoyed to have us there, and treated us with disrespect. We made sure to follow every rule on the signs and paper that we signed. We are all professionals and treat establishments as we would our own homes or place of business. Their behavior was completely uncalled for. We were later met with one of the gentleman driving by and getting upset over using a cardboard target at the rimfire range. There was no such rule or anything indicating that we couldnΓÇÖt do such a thing at the only range reserved specifically rimfire weapons. We had no issue with taking the target down and following the rules. We didnΓÇÖt argue and didnΓÇÖt make a big deal about it. Granted, he could have approached that situation in a much better way, but itΓÇÖs clear that he doesnΓÇÖt do business like that. He came by again and made some comments to which I canΓÇÖt exactly recall, but he appeared to still he upset. We decided to cut our day short and just leave. It was disappointing because we had hoped to make this a place we can regularly go and enjoy ourselves when weΓÇÖre off duty, but weΓÇÖll have to find somewhere else.

The grounds were a great time for our group of work friends totaling about ten people. Upon our arrival, we were met with the most unprofessional and condescending employee. Our group was immediately lectured against a ΓÇ£penis swinging contestΓÇ¥ he was sure will ensue because of our occupation. Their website is heavy on support for first responders which all of us are, including a SWAT team member. Our visit ended (5hrs later) with the same employee making his rounds and ensuring proper use and safety. As the only individuals on this particular range, we were attempting to trouble shoot a sight issue in the appropriate area (rim fire range) and had set up a cardboard target for ease of viewing shot placement. We are all fairly well educated including the ability to read and comprehend posted signage on proper use. This employee barked at us and again chose condescension and anger to inform us that there are no other targets on this particular range for a reason and we needed to move to the rifle range. We discontinued the use of the target we set up and used the steel ones. The man drove back by and appeared to be looking for some sort of altercation based on his tone and word choice. We were informed that ΓÇ£he wasnΓÇÖt going to have any of these games and we could leaveΓÇ¥. Before we could inform him we had indeed followed his previous instruction, he sped away. Once we had packed up and cleaned our area, we read the posted signage again and saw nothing prohibiting what we were doing. We all agreed we had done and seen enough and decided to leave. We collectively agreed that despite the variety in shooting opportunity and cost, we will never return to this place. We were all very excited to spend a day with friends and enjoy ourselves. Unfortunately we left angry and disgusted with the way we were treated. Future visitors should be wary of the behavior we encountered and think twice about choosing to support this business as IΓÇÖm sure we are not the first to have experienced this behavior.

I showed up on a Thursday afternoon and the shooting range was supposed to be open till 5pm but it was locked up when I showed up. I drove 3 hours in total (to and back). I flew out to visit my elementary friend and we were so excited to come shoot. I even tried calling them multiple times and was sent to voicemail. I'm very disappointed and upset with the customer service here! Thanks for ruining my trip!

I didn't stay long. While the facilities looked good and the staff were friendly, I was surprised by a sheet of rules when I checked in that were nowhere to be found on their website. The rules are common among almost all ranges and nobody should be surprised a range has some rules it still led me to mistakenly believe I wou be able to shoot 50 BMG when only up to 338 Lapua is allowed. While you might have a great time here, make sure to call ahead if you have unusual requirements from a range.

A lot of options and definitely family friendly with things like the rimfire range and the wobble thrower. They have a decent selection of firearms and ammo. The only downside is that over the past year or two, the rifle ranges (50/100 and 100/200) can get very full, sometimes with people who do not know range safety and courtesy. While most of the time the shooters there are the typical friendly and safe individuals I have come to expect at a shooting range, they have been otherwise on more than one occasion. If you don't mind teaching strangers range rules, probably not a big deal. The people that work there are friendly and knowledgeable. I do enjoy taking new shooters and/or family members there because of the setup and options. I have not taken a class there, so I cannot comment on them, but the instructors certainly have sufficient experience and credentials.
