Glen tuned my first bow that IΓÇÖve purchased and the service was spot on. My groupings were tight 20 yards out within a short time. He gave my some pointers and I was well on my way. Will be back for future business.

Glenn is 10/10. Walked in knowing next to nothing, walked out feeling not only like I was in good hands but that I would always been in good hands at westchester archery. CanΓÇÖt speak highly enough!

I had a great experience at Westchester Archery. Glenn Masi spent the time to make sure I was dialed in before I left the range. Glenn was able to answer any questions I had, and provided guidance to make me a better archer/marksman. You won't be disappointed in the purchase, or the service provided!

I cannot say enough good things about Glenn and his Service I am getting back into archery after 10 years Glenn was able to guide and advise me on my purchase and custom fit a bow that was right for me. Unless you really know what your are doing a bow is not the kind of thing you buy off the shelf or the internet without custom tuning. You want a knowledgeable professional. There is so much value in a real professional with knowledge and Glenn is that professional. If you go to a big box store you don’t know who you get behind the counter. You order online, and your on your own. But here, you get Glenn. Based on that, I expect to pay a premium,(which is good support your local shops) but in my case I actually saved money! Not only on the items I purchased, but because I know I bought the right items for me. I like to have “a guy/girl for that”, and now when it come to Archery, I "got a guy for that"… Glenn

I highly recommend Westchester Archery and more specifically Glen. I went in with very little information about getting into archery and left with a great deal on how to get started correctly. I was given options and led in a direction that was fair and with a great deal of experience behind his suggestions. Glen set aside time to meet with me and get my new bow tuned and myself trained to be able to go out and form good habits from the beginning. I searched a few places before going and most were closed or offered very little interest in helping me get started. IΓÇÖm a couple months in and still have all my arrows!

Service was grade A first class. Glen worked with me for over 3 hrs over 2 days to find the right bow and set up for me. I promise you will not receive anything close to that level of service and hands on help at your average bow shop. Glen is dedicated and passionate about what he does. You can't put a price tag on that.

I brought my crossbow and lens to be replaced and he was willing to do it for $100-$150 for days later Glenn calls me and tells me that I should replace my string and cable for another hundred to $150 so I went there the next day and picked up my crossbow called the company of the crossbow and they told me the string and cableWould cost $35 each and it would take about a half hour to do the job I mailed the front of my crossbow to them cost me less than $18 to replace the lens and said my string and cable weΓÇÖre perfect no need to replace them and sent it back to me with Limbs so if you want to get taken for your money bring your stuff there if not go to a reputable place

This shop is top of the line, everything from their massive selections of inventory in bows to every accessory imaginable. But most important is their knowledge and friendly customer service. Even for someone new like me, "Glen" was very helpful in matching me and setting me up exactly with what i need. !00% recommend this shop!

Spent a lot of money to have bows restrung, was supposed to have draw measured and fit to my draw length, they lied did not do that for me. No kisser on my bow and I live over 40 minutes away. Its a shame cant even get good service these days. For the money spent on all the bows I brought in, It should have been ready to go out of the shop. Now I have to go somewhere else to have my bow fit properly..

Great experience getting set up here. They really took the time to figure out which was the best bow for my needs (I'm a tall guy with a very long draw) and found a bow that I am not only comfortable with but was the best for my budget. They also made having the bow rigged and tuned a breeze. We tested the bow at their onsite range and fine tuned it and strung up the peep-sight and kisser ring to fit perfectly. And it shoots "just right".

This place couldn't be any more amazing. I am new to archery and they spent the time with me to help me get set up, let me ask questions helped me sight in my bow and never tried to sell me anything I didn't need. Everyone was incredibly friendly and patient. They made a customer for life today.

Shop is a small section inside a gun shop, limited inventory, high prices and arrogant as another has mentioned. Check out Flying Arrow Sports about 2 miles away for comparison. The indoor range is spacious but the building has a very old abandoned vibe to it.

Glen is the man. Knowledgeable and sincere. He doesnΓÇÖt try to sell you anything you donΓÇÖt want. He is an incredible teacher and also a master at tuning and fixing bows. I will 100% return to Glen in the future for more of my bow hunting needs.

Horrible customer service. Rude and arrogant would not give a price over the phone cause he told me he didn't want me price matching. I live over an hour away and didn't want to drive there to tell him NO. I told him what i paid for mine and he said your not getting that here and hung up on me. In my eyes he gives archery shops a bad name. My opinion says go to flying arrow its right around the corner and they were much nicer and got my business.

Glenn patiently worked with me to match me with the proper bow, then set it up to shoot like a dream. Also, great to have a talented and skilled bow technician that you can trust with your bow. In addition, very nice archery range.

Nice range and great place for all level shooters. Glenn and Rick were helpful, patient and really encouraging when teaching my little cousin how to shoot. SheΓÇÖs been wanting to go back every weekend to practice. Also really appreciate the time they took out of their schedules to help repair some of my other family memberΓÇÖs bows. CouldnΓÇÖt say enough good things about this place.

Glenn set my bow up for my Kansas archery hunt last year. He has top of the line bow accessories and spent the time with me I needed to have my bow shooting perfect. I can not say enough about having a top notch bow technician close to where you live. Thanks Westchester Archery

Outstanding customer service. Glenn was very engaging and responsive when he tuned up my bow which had been in storage for 4 years. HeΓÇÖs very knowledgeable and squared both me and my bow away. Come here if youΓÇÖre looking for someone who knows what theyΓÇÖre talking about.

Nice little store. They have limited selection of fishing and archery gear. They have LIVE BAIT, minnows and probably worms too. Be sure to stop next door and get some kielbasa.
