4 stars cause I canΓÇÖt knock a business for being closed for renovation. But at least they should update their website to indicate that. Showed they had 2 rifles in stock I wanted to look at.

Been there too buy some 17hmr ammo for my 93r1 17hmr rifle and the guy behind the counter just ignored me and just walked out and went to nexus had a better experience would never go back again ever for anything

These gentlemen were very communicative and informative initially when I had a firearm sent to them from Kentucky in order to pick it up. Between then and now, they have had ΓÇ£a fireΓÇ¥ in the shooting range, I believe they mentioned some level of theft occurred, and NOW theyΓÇÖre entire store and retail side had been shut down. ZERO communication with clients from their end. IΓÇÖve now been informed that they donΓÇÖt store these items and have auctioned off mine in particular. I was calm due to the service individual saying that I would be able to get a credit for the sale price of the item and be able to shop with Weston Arms directly. The problem is that itΓÇÖs now been a month and I have received absolutely no updates or information. Everytime I call it goes to an answering service immediately. Despite leaving messages I do not get a reply. Now IΓÇÖm Out $1,500 and have NO understanding as to what happened. SUPER DISAPPOINTING.

Sold me a used gun listed as "new". The box came severely damage, there was rust inside the gun, and there was missing documentation. Very sketchy.

Just bought something today from online store. Still have to have it arrived, but just wanted to commend the customer service. Forget who I was speaking to, but I called multiple times for a couple questions/issues and they were really helpful, patient, nice. Most affordable option on the internet for what I wanted.

Highly recommend to anyone looking for state of the art, latest and greatest, high end firearms. The facility has some of the best associates any firearms store can have in Steven and nick. Not only knowledgeable and friendly but the clear standout is steven. He is detail oriented, patient and understanding. He was able to walk me through the different variations of suppressors and optics all while not making me feel overwhelmed with information. He made the experience enjoyable and educational so five stars to the store for the stellar service and staff

Great online purchase! I was a little hesitant with the purchase given the other reviews but went ahead anyways. I'm glad I did. Purchased online Thursday 3/16 after close of business, gun was shipped Friday 3/17, and USPS made their 1st attempt at delivery Monday 3/20. Biggest issue I had was my FFL was closed on Monday so, I couldn't pick up until it was delivered on Tuseday 3/21. I bought a M&P 9 Shield Plus bugout bundle. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I couldn't be happier as Weston Arms was almost $100 cheaper than everywhere else.

Range is ok. Ventilation terrible. Maybe spend some of the money from the overpriced guns sold here to a new vent system.

I have been here a few times before knowing much about weapons and their prices. I was ripped off a few times but I know better now.

The owner is extremely rude and lacks any sense of patience. Also be prepared to pay more for your transfer then probably anywhere else in South Florida. They will not even start the transfer process till they enter the serial number into there system and this can take several days. Highly recommend going elsewhere.

Not a super helpful staff. I walked in and one of the employees kinda just tried to hide in the back too. Also, no AR tools in-stock (e.g., castle nut wrench). Based on my experience and from what looks like others’ negative experiences too, it’s probably better to avoid this one… Tactical Life and American Handheld Weaponry are great stores in my experience.

Went to go purchase a gun from here I was standing without anyone acknowledging me for 10mins while they just talk to each other. Then when I was finally approached I felt like my business wasnΓÇÖt important to the guy I just left and went to nexus with my purchase

Extremely Rude, Unprofessional, Overpriced, Walked In Happy And Left Aggravated. Went To Nexus Just Up The Road And Got Good Customer Service, A Better Price, And Was Happy Spending My Hard Earned Money. This Place Should Of Stayed Small In The Pawn Shop. Alfie Is Rude And Condescending And Has A Big Head From Capitalizing On The Gun Craze. Save Yourself The Headache And Go Somewhere Else.

I bought a new revolver and when I got home I notice the grip screw was missing. I went back to the store the next morning and was told to call the manufacturer. I asked if the could swap it from another and deal with Kimber themselves? They would not help. It would have been a common sense, simple fix, but they chose to be inflexible. I buy firearms frequently and was initially happy with their service. I though to myself... I'll have to come here for my next purchase". Not anymore. They lost any future business from me.

I read a lot of negative reviews on here but decided to try the place out anyway. I'm a first time buyer for perspective. The staff was very friendly and knew everything about the different models I was considering. It was a pleasant and smooth buying experience. The prices were competitive with every other place I've looked for the same guns. They had a nice selection in stock. Now, why all the vague negative reviews? Well, I'll tell you why. The owner is an outspoken character with a big personality that isn't afraid to voice his political opinions and beliefs (or just any opinion for that matter). It seems like he just really enjoys talking about political topics and maybe challenging people in general. If hearing about politics you might not agree with bothers you or you're very sensitive or easily offended you might have a bad experience. Me? I like him. I feel like he must have a bunch of interesting stories to tell.

I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND this place . It is Not welcoming, lacks customer service skills with major attitude, and Overprice with high transfer fees for your weapon. ThereΓÇÖs a lot of other great locations who will be glad to welcome your business, time and MONEY.

Does not follow Florida state statues for releasing firearms. Staff is rude and will not process firearms the same day they arrive either. Ship somewhere else or be prepared to wait even longer for your guns. WonΓÇÖt even let you start the paperwork till they process the firearm in there system! Owner is arrogant and rude couldnΓÇÖt even atleast explain his policies before having an attitude. No surprise you have 3.5 start here and 2.5 on Yelp.

I transferred my gun to the shop for pickup really laid back polite help me out with anything I needed good transaction nice selection of hardware the only thing that sucks was they didn't call me back after my background check cleared I had to call them and at that time it was 5 minutes to closeing
