I recently visited White Birch and had an excellent experience! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed with how clean and well-organized everything was. The store has a great selection of firearms, accessories, and gear. The best part, though, was the shooting range and the incredible service I received. Mike was the standout during my visit. He helped me zero in my optic and made sure I understood everything along the way. His patience and expertise really stood out, and he made sure I felt comfortable and confident. It's clear he knows his stuff, and he went above and beyond to ensure I was happy and enjoyed my time spent at their range. The entire atmosphere at the store and range was welcoming, and the staff was friendly and professional. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and IΓÇÖll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great shopping experience and top-notch range time!

Really nice facility but I was disappointed that I had to pay full price for 30 min of range time since all lanes were full until 7:15. Consider offering a discount or schedule range time on the :45 of the hour. Waisted more time filling out a waiver because you need to fill it out after 6 months? I printed out the waiver and signed it to save time but apparently they don't accept physical waivers?

Absolutely great experience in the beginner pistol class. Rebecca is a wonderful instructor, knowledgeable and tuned in to the experience of a first timer. Bravo!

I really wish I didn’t have to leave this review because besides this experience I’ve been shooting at white birch with friends on different occasions and really enjoyed the atmosphere, and range and wide selection of firearms. But after a 10 hour day of work I was ready to spend my hard earned money at this store and was let down heavily and I’m very disappointed. I don’t want to leave this review with just bashing the business because I like to think I have good character but it really is worth noting that I had a very negative experience here tonight. I went in looking to buy a new (to me) concealed carry for everyday use and found one that I really liked, all the upgrades I wanted at a decent price. The problem occurred when I went to take the background test. Keep in mind everything’s current and I have no complications, no felonies, nothing like etc… and could easily pass any background test handed to me as I have purchasing firearms in the past years in New Hampshire. Now call me old fashioned, but I prefer to take these types of things on pen and paper but made an exception taking it on a tablet because it’s not a huge deal, or so I thought.. I did notice their tablet had very small font and was very glitchy and it was easy to misclick/ miss things in general, but when all was said and done I had misclicked one question (a very obvious one one buying a gun wouldn’t knowingly select no to) and because of that I was told by a newer worker (it seemed) he didn’t feel comfortable selling me a gun and I had to come back tomorrow? I wasn’t rude about it but definitely expressed my confusion. I don’t know what difference 24-48 hours would make… very confusing. But I think the worst of it wasn’t even the technical difficulties with their tablet, but rather the condescending attitude of the supervisor. For some reason he seemed it fit to tell me his schedule and how hard he works everyday when I mentioned I might have misclicked on that question (because the font was small and the tablet was glitchy) or just outright read it wrong because it had been long day at work. Just felt like a pissing match over who worked harder when I was just their to buy a tool for self defense in these crazy days after the election which is my right as an American. Very disappointed. Won’t be returning. Wish them the best.

Going a little out of my way to check stock, should've called first as suggested by the website, met with friendly staff, some more patient than others, understandably it's retail and they deal with noobs like me all day, but I left with the information I needed. I got to handle a new gun that I've been dreaming of and had no intention of purchasing today, but owing to my experience, I'm coming here when I'm ready to buy it! I placed an order to be picked up in store, after which I will likely be visiting their range. Looking forward to it.

Is a relatively new female handgun shooter I took both H1 and H2 at white birch and was very impressed with the level of field experience and knowledge that the instructors. I learned a lot but really needed additional one-on-one coaching and instruction to get started. Rebecca Bruhn was one of the female instructors and recommended a private lesson. I'm really glad that I took the opportunity to have her instruct me because I feel a lot more comfortable even after the first private lesson. I highly recommend checking them out for instructor or just practice range time.

Excellent H2 class! Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to advance their knowledge, comfort and skill level with handguns. The course objectives were clear, and each was met with thorough instruction. Rebecca and Dan are both extremely knowledgeable and presented the material in an efficient and easy to understand manner.

To all African American folks, I have to remind you that youΓÇÖre not going to be treated the same way as the whites . Despite the fact that management thinks differently but my experience said the contrary: my son was shooting the M16 when one of his rounds hit above target, one of the floor staff rushed toward my son very aggressively in order to cease fire, his approach was so rude and embarrassing for my seventeen year old son that he wanted to leave the facility that IΓÇÖve already paid for immediately. Thanks God Jay a new staff member from Florida was there to deescalate the situation. While on the other hand I observed another individual from an adjacent lane shot into our lane and hit our target. I sincerely believe that incident was way worse than my sonΓÇÖs, but he was treated in a very friendly manner compared to my son .

Every-time I come here thereΓÇÖs always a problem. Today was the last time IΓÇÖll come to this place. I was walking around looking at cleaning supplies and got asked if I needed help and I said I was ok for now but wanted to look at a few things in a bit. Well then a couple people walked into the store and then suddenly all the associates were busy. I waited at least 20 mins just walking around waiting for someone to purchase what I had but they were just too busy. Told me multiple times theyΓÇÖd be with me but they were just too busy making money on the big money items to care about checking me out for some simple cleaning supplies. I put everything I had back and walked out. ItΓÇÖs too bad because they have a good selection of everything, prices arenΓÇÖt too high but they just donΓÇÖt have the help for the demand a week before Christmas.

TLDR: WBA & Rebecca are amazing ΓÇô highly recommend a 1-on-1 session with Rebecca to any ladies out there looking to build confidence and knowledge around guns in a judgment-free environment. Full: I had seen guns and fired them before but I wasnΓÇÖt very confident. I reached out the WBA via email to ask about a private session with another woman and I am so grateful I was matched with Rebecca! After just one private session I felt so much more confident. Rebecca explained things to me in a way that others hadnΓÇÖt previously and made me feel comfortable and safe. What I also like about Rebecca is she is extremely knowledgeable but also not intimidating. She was eager to make sure I was getting what I wanted out of time together. Overall, the private sessions were a great value and experience. I didnΓÇÖt know shooting could be such a bonding experience but I feel like it was and I look forward to going back to practice with Rebecca! Thank you!!

I recently visited white birch armory to trade in my Glock 34 for a Glock 19x. The process was super smooth and easy. Dom made sure I knew all I needed about the process and my new firearm. Altogether I would suggest white birch over all other local gun stores. As I personally was ripped off by another local store. One which I will not name here but will be making another review on soon.

ThereΓÇÖs no better place in New England than White Birch!! The amazing employees here truly treat you like family, even if you arenΓÇÖt a frequent flyer there. Everyone IΓÇÖve ever encountered at the shop is both knowledgeable and warm/welcoming. When I want to know what the latest trends are or the best new things coming out, I know I can trust anyone behind the counter to give me the information I need. Plus, they stock some unique pieces and very high quality brands! Always courteous and professional, I canΓÇÖt recommend this place enough!!!

I took the W1 class today having never touched a firearm in my life (IΓÇÖm in my mid 40ΓÇÖs) and have to say I went from hands shaking to wanting to shoot more. It was a well organized class, wealth of info- but not overwhelming and the instructor, Stevie is awesome! She put me/us at ease, her knowledge is beyond impressive and she knows how to empower her students. I left feeling great about all that I learned from the class. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CLASS AND STEVIE!

White Birch Armory is the place to go in the seacoast for your shooting needs. It has a fantastic range that has booths big enough to hold your gear and feel comfortable with your shots, advanced electronic targets that make pulling pits a distant nightmare, excellent selection, and most importantly honest, competent and friendly staff that help a shooter out regardless of skill level or comfort ability with shooting. IΓÇÖm a multi year member but today I went with my wife and we enjoyed a stress free and fun shooting experience. Our RSO was professional, friendly, calm, and knowledgeable enhancing the feeling of safety on the range. Highly encourage you to stop in.

Worked with Nick today after buying my first AR and looking to kit it out including apply for suppressor. Walked me through everything, was a product expert and was honest about every product. DonΓÇÖt think I will go anywhere else in the future after this experience even if it means driving an hour each time.
