It has Overhead cover, bench rest, bathroom . Bring your own target supplies, there is nothing. I use yard sale signs. It does cost $5.00. Now that it cost I expected it to be cleaned more regularly. ThatΓÇÖs the reason for the 4 star.

Used to be an awesome place to go shoot since it has been cleaned up. now they charge $5.00 per car load. which is not bad, but ammo prices are high enough, now you have to pay to shoot as well. there are no free shooting ranges left around Laurel County Ky. where you can go just to sight In your firearms. Might as well head for the great "free" back country to do it now.

Falling apart!! In bad need of repair. Not worth the drive! Wish kids didnΓÇÖt shoot up the place because now you have to pay

Definitely open. Went 2 days in a row. Wind picks up around 10am.

Decent place . Not well thought out by our government. It faces southwest so the sun is in your eyes. Like most places in the national forest people forget how to clean up after themselves.

used To be a good place to go shoot then they rebuilt it and now itΓÇÖs closed more than itΓÇÖs open, So itΓÇÖs pretty much useless now, I used to go every weekend and now IΓÇÖve only seen it open twice in two years

Not as nice a gun range as I would have expected. It is pretty run-down and not taken care of.

This is a really nice range. Apparently it has been rebuilt because duchbags shot it up. Chodes have already left a mess. One of the rules is clean up after yourself, but there were steel casings for 9 mm and 22 casings everywhere. People, clean up after your self. What you pack in, pack out. There were also multiple unfixed rounds laying around, probably same chodes. An amnesty box for duds, and rounds left unfired is the only thing I think it needs.

Great place to go shooting. No range safety breathing down your neck and no paying. Beautiful range too! Will be coming back for sure.

Good open range, variable distances with shooting benches. Good parking and bathroom right there. It use to be nicer when they had the huge logs to hang targets on and shoot into. I recommend to always bring a shooting partner, have ran into some sketchy people before.

It could be a decent range. But everything including the bathrooms have been shot up. There's nothing left to hang a target on. People just started bringing they're Garbage to shoot and leaving it there.

Nice outdoor public range. Benches to shoot from but no overhead cover in case of rain. Parking is close though if it starts to sprinkle. Bring targets and stands. Lots of opportunities for hiking, boating and camping near by. Nice place to spend a day off.
