My Husband and are both new at using a firearm. We walked in this business and the vibe they gave us was not welcoming. There were a couple of workers sitting around no one said hello when we first walked in. I guess because they seen we were black. The young man that came over to help showed no personality. He mumbled his words the whole time speaking. We barely could hear what he was saying. I asked questions which he should have explained first before me asking. I could feel the unwanted energy soon as we stepped in. I Will not recommend anyone to this places at all. Everyone should feel comfortable and welcoming no matter what your skin color is. I donΓÇÖt see this place lasting long if they think black peopleΓÇÖs donΓÇÖt play a big part of their business growing in future.

To whom it may concern at wftc, if you call people out by name , be certain that you get it right it teeters on defamation of character . He had definitely put his two cents in with the Spicy French fry but try again their anonymity is still in tact . Now back to business at hand . The only ΓÇ£violation ΓÇ£ was a thumb over the back of the hand . ThatΓÇÖs it . Nothing else. So again get your facts straight. Maybe you should get your little boys with toys to have personal skills and not get the range mother to come tell someone what he failed to do , and have some sense of humility when a returning customer says that the name of your business is severely tainted in the profession of weapon training and gun shops and ranges in stead of trying to back at someone who left an 1 star review. You should have focused on improving your skills and service instead trying to intimidate people online. Now youΓÇÖve poked the sleeping Bear , good luck in your future endeavors.

Update! Since you carelessly don't check facts before commenting on someone's character. Jamie was not the one to make this review! MY only 'Safety violation' was that I had my thumb wrapped around my other hand. And was told "we wouldn't want you to get an ouchie". Am I a child? I think not. As well as every time anyone has talked to me, they have been condescending and rude. How is anyone supposed to learn and feel confident if all you guys do is tear someone down or talk down to them as if they are a child? As far as I'm concerned, I was holding MY firearm as I was comfortable. I've never been talked to at any other range and definitely not disrespected as I have been here. Now on three separate occasions for different things. I have never put someone else's life in any danger. We've gone here multiple times. Every time I singlely or with a group have gone, have been talked to about one thing or another. We have never put anyone else in danger. We never are loud or do anything that would be classified as inappropriate. Everyone tells us to stop going there because of their ignorance and arrogance. We've defended this place multiple times. We thought it was just doing your jobs and being safe. After going to other shooting ranges, we've realized your establishment is run poorly, with people who are so disrespectful and rude. If you're new to the gun world or even if you've been around a while. Avoid this place. The rudness and the demeanor of the people in the range are so off-putting. You're not better than anyone else.

Good local range. Good selection of accessories. Range officer does a good job and is respectful. I've been coming here for 2.5 years and never had any issues.

I have visited here a few times now for their training classes. Instructor Denise did a great job teaching two of the courses. Were were able to work through a variety of drills and learn some new skills.

Extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly staff. Highly recommend. New shooters will feel welcome to practice and learn. Staff is always available to answer questions and give advice. Bought my first gun (X-Macro) from here about two months ago and now have about 600 rounds through it, and just completed my CCW course. Can't get enough!

Have shot handguns on and off here for a while, taken a class with my girlfriend, and havenΓÇÖt been in for about 6 months. Came in today with no experience using a rifle but wanted to zero in a red dot for the new rifle I just got. Sam was extremely helpful, giving me tips and helping me adjust the sight as I went. He helped me address some user errors and kept coming back over to me to help as I went. He saved me a lot of time of ammo with his advice. Will recommend this range and be back more frequently. Thanks, Sam, for helping me out!

Own about 22 hand and long guns never had to wait no more than 17 min for a BHG check..honestly think it's because I live in Milwaukee and the other thing😒

Had a fantastic experience with an NFA item here. The facility is awesome, and they have a great selection of firearms. A part was missing from my item, and Sean took care of me with no hesitation. Highly recommended, and would be a pleasure to do business here again. Thanks guys!

If youΓÇÖre a person of color just keep moving past this place!!! WeΓÇÖre not welcomed and our business isnΓÇÖt wanted either. Terrible experience at this place! Unfriendly staff, rude, no personality, and clearly prejudice. There are surrounding areas where you will be welcomed instead.

Clean, professional, and well run - exactly what I would want in a range. After shooting at this location twice, I became a member. Superior to other facilities nearby. Two years in and I feel the same.

This was my first experience at a shooting range and I couldnΓÇÖt have asked for a better experience. The staff were respectful and professional. I told them it was my first time at a range and they answered all my questions. No fire rate limit was awesome too!
