If you need it they got it, and if they don't they'll get it and still give you a great price. The staff is knowledgeable and approachable. Unlike the box stores these guys are happy to see you and they don't care if you're spending 10 bucks or $10,000 they treat you exactly the same.

I went to this shop to get my scope mounted and instead of telling me they didnΓÇÖt have the right rail to mount my scope, they sold me the wrong rail and blatantly setup my scope incorrectly. They were still courteous and cleaned my rifle a bit but at the end of the day IΓÇÖd hesitate to take my weapons to this shop or double check their work.

I had a fantastic experience at this gun store, largely thanks to Sean's exceptional service. As a beginner, I was unsure and a bit anxious, but Sean's expertise and patience made all the difference. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answer all my questions, and guide me through the selection process with genuine care. His support and professionalism were outstanding. The store itself is well-organized with a great selection. Highly recommend this place, especially if you can work with Sean. Five stars! Dawn was also extremely hospitalable

Been coming in off and on for years, mainly to shoot. There is ALWAYS some drama. Today I drove up and when I walked in ar 1pm on a Saturday, they shouted we are closing! It's been posted! Well now this is posted. You got issues.

IΓÇÖve purchased two pistols through Wolcott Guns and the whole experience has been phenomenal. Purchases have been easy and straightforward. The staff is very knowledgeable and helpful. I also use the range at least once a week and itΓÇÖs awesome. They also have a small selection of pistols that you can rent to try out before you buy. IΓÇÖd highly recommend!

Absolutely love this place. Amazing, helpful, and knowledgeable staff! They made me very comfortable when I was a new shooter, and helped me along the way with gun maintenance. Place is always clean and very organized. Easy to find what you need or want. I highly recommend this place for any level of shooter.

Came in on Sunday 2-18 because google shows being open so 40 min drive in bad weather . The owner was in and someone told me he would be right with me that I could still purchase ammo/gun while permit classes are going on in the back. The owner then proceeded to stand within 5ft from me patiently waiting at the counter for over 15 min while on a personal call. At no point did this gentleman apologize or say he will be right with me or acknowledge my existence in his store.After this god awful customer service from the guy running the place I will not be coming back or considering purchasing firearms from here in the future. Sad thing is I really enjoyed shooting here.

I had a fantastic experience at Wolcott Guns with an indoor shooting range, ranging three different lengths from pistol to rifle caliber rounds. The staff were incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and eager to assist. The range was well-maintained, and safety measures were clearly emphasized. A great place for both beginners and experienced shooters alike.

The staff was very friendly. I experienced bullet jams, and the staff helped me out twice. However, I had to wait over 50 minutes to buy ammo because the government conducts manual background checks.

I took my pistol permit course here and it was absolutely phenomenal between the employees and the Instructor they were all awesome great enthusiasm, very friendly, very informative and they know exactly what they are doing. I will definitely be back here in the future. God willing I get my pistol permit, and-get all my weapons from them. This experience has definitely given them a permanent and loyal customer.
