I have been coming to this place since they first opened in 2023 waiting for their range to open, but they give they same excuse every time you ask saying they are waiting on permits and it is expected to be done "This summer" "This fall" "This winter" "This spring" "Should be any day now"... I have heard every excuse they have... It is near the end of February 2025 and they still don't have the range open. They now claim Summer 2025(The same thing they claim every time). When summer rolls around it will be "This Winter".... This range will never open and this place is going out of business.... complete scam. The worst part is they started collecting up front pay for their overpriced annual memberships. People have paid them thousands of dollars 1-2 years ago and still have not gotten the range we were promised...

George was able to help me within under 30 mins to get a gun was super helpful also educated me With my first hand gun was super easy to ask questions and didn’t feel off like at other gun stores that just stare at you …. Sportsmens warehouse

Tired of them telling me the range will open soon. ItΓÇÖs been a year half, still open. Jut same excuse permit issues. iΓÇÖm sure thereΓÇÖs a huge issue as to why they canΓÇÖt get permits because I donΓÇÖt think it take a year and a half to get a permit.

Such a great experience! Came in to check out the range, and found out it wonΓÇÖt be open until spring because of some permitting delays. Decided to look around and their firearm selection. WasnΓÇÖt planning to purchase anything, but after talking to their knowledgeable staff, and their gunsmith, I decided it was time for my first CCW. Smooth process from beginning to end! Look forward to coming back for some upgrades! Thanks for everything!

Range wasn’t even open, nobody tried to help me or assist me in getting that knowledge when I came in… only thing shown was the smallest white peice of paper saying it’s “under construction” WHICH DOES NOT INDICATE IT BEING CLOSED😂 I’d put half a star if I could.

Came in to see about gun repair. The employee at the desk has no customer service experience and if he does itΓÇÖs the worst. Asked about it and just no! Silence and nothing. Not a can I help you with something else, wanna look at something, just no. Was excited for a range within 2 miles of my house and I wonΓÇÖt be back. I will drive further to shoot.

My buddy saw the huge sign about the indoor range and since we are both big shooters we were excited because itΓÇÖs much closer to the range we are members at currently. I went down there to check it out and was met with big sign at front door that the range still under construction. Bummer. But went in to check it out. Young guy at front asked if I was looking for something. I said I wanted to check out range but saw the sign it was under construction. He said ΓÇ£ yeah like the two signs on the door said, itΓÇÖs still under constructionΓÇ¥ I was like ah, yeah thanks. It was such a rude remark! I saw the signs and even said I did. So, if this is how they treat people who may be interested in membership I think IΓÇÖll stick with current range where they treat me and everyone well. I did look around and they have a very small amount of ammo and it was all overpriced. Good gun selection though. Too bad.

Stopped by to check the place out and see about getting an Sig Rose with Optic. The gentleman behind the gun counter was too interested in whatever he was watching on his phone to be of any real help. They did not have the version with optic in stock and when asked if we could order the red dot separately he basically acted confused and wouldnΓÇÖt look. So we asked how much to order the whole gun which finally got him to put his phone away and walk off to a computer. After a few minutes he came back with a price $400 more expensive than anywhere else. Basically he seemed like we where bothering him the whole time so we went down the road to Oregon Rifleworks and purchased the same gun and received wayyyy better service Nice showroom and decent selection but if you canΓÇÖt put your phone down for 5 minutes to make a $1100 sale then I will go someplace else that at least pretends to want my business.

Never thought I would find a place that my wife would feel comfortable at another firearm sales/range ,since we moved to Or., we have been to quite a few but most of them will just give us dirty looks or be flat out rude.Wooster Armory is a place where you will be treated the way people should be treated , even if you are new to firearms this place will never make you feel uncomfortable, or insult your intelligence. GO NO WHERE ELSE...... So helpful knowledgeable, and have something for everyone, and some of the most reasonable prices in the nation, We are so grateful to have you, thank you, can't wait to come back see you..

Me and a friend wondered in to take a look. The owner stoped what he was doing and took the time to chat with us, answered all of our questions and made us feel right at home. That kind of customer service is severely lacking in most establishments today. Highly recommend!

Most gun stores IΓÇÖve shopped at have the customer service of a prison lunch lady, not the case here. I recently used their FFL services for an online purchase and must say , I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were knowledgeable and courteous.

Still no range up that they have been promising for over 9 months. This same range they haven't put up yet they are selling expensive memberships for. The fact they have got away with this scamming so far with no legal action is appalling.

Great shop. The staff is friendly, patient, and knowledgable! Just left from there to purchase some ammo and waiting to return tomorrow to pick up a new P365XL. I'll continue to purchase here.

I called a few days prior to making the drive down to Wooster to make sure that they were currently buying used guns. They assured me that they were. But when I stopped in a few days later, all of a sudden they weren't buying. They tried to send me to a few pawn shops instead. I would not have bothered to waste the gas and sit in traffic if they had just been more clear about whether or not they were buying used guns at the moment.

Had a very enjoyable time visiting and getting my paperwork done. Tyler 1 and Tyler 2 were very nice and showed me a lot of sick firearms. Can't wait to go back

Stopped by to check out some handguns and Dave was super friendly, helpful,down to earth, and not pushy or condescending at all showing me what they had in stock and what might be up my alley. He definitely took the time to carefully explain the differences in the models they had in stock and certain things I might want to look out for when I purchase. I still have some research to do, but Wooster will still be getting my business due to the fact that their staff was so helpful and theyΓÇÖre AAPI owned.

As a 30 yr business owner, I look for certain things when I go into a business establishment. This is a very well set up gun shop, with a lot of great models on display and in inventory. Tyler #2 took time to show us the exact gun we wanted to see, even though I couldnΓÇÖt remember it, from my description, he nailed it. I couldnΓÇÖt have asked for a better experience. PS These one and two star reviews just make me roll my eyes

Open sign flashing, Google says it's open. But not open. Glad I drove for an hour to check them out for nothing. Will never be back. Don't want to work? Good! There are plenty of other places that will gladly take my money

Came in looked around and chatted up Tyler (#1) for over an hour. Showed us around the new location explained the range and membership. I Asked for a specific firearm, they brought it in for me within a weeks time. When in to pick it up, spoke with Tyler (#2) as there are two Tyler's working there. He and made the purchase easy as could be. Helped my wife while she was looking and found he spoke Japanese as well. This make the conversation much easier for her and put her at ease. Tyler 2 was very patient with all the questions and how nervous she was being it was he first time around firearms. Now she wants to go back and look again. Good Place and Great staff so far. Hope the range can get finished, then we'll decide on the membership option.

I was really excited to coming here because itΓÇÖs close to my work. Well it wasnΓÇÖt the best experience coming here. I walked in and no one was in the building besides a guy behind a counter to the left as you walked in. I roamed the store and looked at the handguns. IΓÇÖm looking a specific model to purchase but couldnΓÇÖt get help. I ended up leaving and I wonΓÇÖt be back. Customer service was non existent this day, first impression is everything and today they failed. Oh well not my loss.

Every time I call with questions I will either get a message they're closed (during the day) or my call terminates after selecting an option. I just want to know the hours and policies for using the range.

My husband and I wanted to check this place out and are so glad we stopped in. Wanted to give a big shoutout to Ken for his upbeat attitude, and insightful knowledge. Also for being hilarious and a joy to have conversations with. We are excited to see how Wooster's range turns out. Wanted to say the other staff/employees were very nice and polite as well, we felt welcome when we entered the shop.
