XCAL is my favorite sports plex in all of the dmv! Xcal has everything you need in house. Safes, weapons, food court, wellness centers, & even a top tier spa. Great place to buy a Liberty Safe!! IΓÇÖve bought two Liberty safes from XCAL and it has been a great experience. Mike is great to work with, helped answer all my many questions before first safe purchase, and his install crew led by Dylan did fantastic job installing me two safes despite the fact the layout of my house didnΓÇÖt make it easy in either case! They were on-time, professional, VERY careful not to damage my walls or floors during install, placed the safes perfectly where I wanted them and shimmed bolted them in securely! HIGHLY recommend XCAL if you need a Liberty safe in NOVA!

In 2023 I was looking for a gunsafe to secure my hardware, it was my first purchase of a large gunsafe. Michael helped me through the options to find the Liberty safe that was right for me. I settled on a Lincoln 25 which I thoroughly enjoy. Recently I had an issue with the locking mechanism and I went straight to the manufacturer after several long waiting calls and I fianally got through and they verified it was under warranty and when I asked them when they could get a tech out they said, "When we can find one." I was nonplussed. I thought how Michael used to say if I needed anything to reach out, so I did. He immediately responded he would get me sorted. Michael had Kevin, the technician come out as soon as possible. Kevin drove from VA to my home in the greater Baltimore area and made it right as rain. What a difference it made buying from an authorized reseller like Michael and his technician Kevin. Amazing customer service! My primary motivation to purchase the safe was to keep my hardware securely away from my children, you can imagine how uncomfortable I was when the locking mechanism didn't work. Michael and Kevins' quick response really alleviated me and my wifes' fears. I hope a discerning reader understands how much value Michael and Kevin bring to your future safe ownership experience. I recently purchased a Liberty Safe from Michael at XCal, and I couldnΓÇÖt be more impressed with the entire experience. MichaelΓÇÖs customer service was exceptional. He went above and beyond to answer all of my questions and assured me I can be confident of my purchase. The delivery team, Dylan and Troy, were equally outstanding. They arrived on time, were extremely professional, and took great care in placing the safe in the perfect spot. I can tell you the front desk is only for decor. The staff in the front is unhelpful. I was there Saturday evening, and we wanted to sign up for a family membership and had questions. The front desk person was so dismissive. We still ended with the memberships. I had to use the restrooms and again reached the front desk because none of the stalls had toilet paper, and the bathroom was so dirty and unkept. The girl in the front told me to walk over to "retail" and let them know. Why is it that she couldn't call someone and resolve it? This place is expensive to have this kind of service.

Very nice professional people, but expect to wait over 30 min for anyone to help you. I understand sales can get busy, but it seems the sales people will take time for their friends to talk and be distracted then to make sales. Again nice people just donΓÇÖt expect great service.

I had an amazing birthday experience and Cole was my instructor. My dad doesnΓÇÖt have any experience with guns but got advice from my uncle that XCal would be a great place to learn. Cole taught my dad and I both how to handle a gun safely and with respect. He was really professional during the experience and made itscomfortable handling a pistol, shotgun and semi automatic AR all in the same day. He was cool though too and made as comfortable while being very clear about following his instructions. We got a private lane which I would highly recommend for first timers. CouldnΓÇÖt have had a better experience. Thank You Cole and XCal! CanΓÇÖt wait to go back. Thanks, Wyatt

I like to go on Friday afternoon- no wait, and you don't have to be a member. All ranges are 25-yard, which is excellent for pistols. It's a little short for a rifle. You can rent guns and get ammo and ear protection with targets on sight.

Great facility. We rented a private room and RSO Cole was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I have been to most ranges in the DMV area and this one is of the highest quality, with the best staff.

Man, what a cool place. Shot all kinds of guns, Belt Fed Machine Guns, Handguns, Rifles, Shotguns. Has all sorts of options for drills, can even do drawing drills if you have a holster, really cool programs on the target range with range presets so you don't have to fiddle around with getting the target in the right spot. Our RSO Cole was knowledgeable, professional and very cool.

Went to this range a few days ago with a large group. Cole was our RSO and he did amazing. Would recommend coming here. Range is nice and they have a wide selection of rental weapons.

If you are looking for a private instructor, ask for Zak. He's a phenomenal teacher - patient, knowledgeable, and detail oriented. Lets you ask stupid questions all day and makes you feel comfortable.
